The Golden Girls - Season 1 R2
I only have vague memories of this so it was pretty much a blind buy, but I thought "what the hell, you only get one life to waste watching DVDs".
My Neighbor Totoro R2
Nothing like I expected it to be. Fun, whimsical, beautifully animated (even more so when you consider this gorgeous animation was released the same time Disney was churning out S**t like Oliver and Company). Nice film but far from Ghibli's best.

Woohoo! Now hurry up and watch GG so you can tell us what you think.ichabod wrote:I thought you'd be pleased with my purchase. And yes my busy schedule meant a lack of absence(and a strange coincidental absence for Joan too
) Although she'll be raring to go next year I'm sure!
As for my DVD collection, it's recently seen the addition of:
Houseguest
Arachnophobia
(Neither of which I have seen but look forward to now that I got them as awesome gifts!)
Summer Magic (also never seen this one, but I decided to pick it up for a TLM pre-order at Best Buy)

You should have purchased the R1 sets. R2 The Golden Girls DVDS aren't getting anywhere past Season 3. Poor sales.ichabod wrote:The Golden Girls - Season 1 R2

Anyways, I picked up Dallas: The Complete Fifth Season and Hazel: The Complete First Season today.
