I'm heading down in about a week or so and I'm totally excited to ride the new Expedition Everest. I didn't know that it went backward!! I'm a huge fan of RnRC and Tower of Terror.....but not so much Dinosaur (I got so jumbled and confused and it went so fast I barely even saw the dinosaurs that I was supposed to be chasing). I'm sure I'll love the new mountain.

So does all of the Animal Kingdom merchandise show a mountain now instead of the Tree of Life?

I just rode Expedition Everest, Mission:Space, and Rock'n Rollercoaster for the first time this past week, and Expedition Everest was by far my favorite of the three. I felt it was more along the line of the "classic" Disney mountains (and similar, albeit quite a bit more enjoyable than the bumpy Matterhorn). The first time I rode Mission:Space, I opted for the gentler version. When that failed to excite me, I got up the courage to go on the version that included the spinning. Besides feeling some weird pressure in my face at the beginning, it really didn't do much for me and is not something I could see myself going on multiple times. As for Rock'n Rollercoaster, it wasn't as scary as I had built it up to be inside my head (this was my first time going upside down on a ride), but as I am neither a particular fan of Aersosmith nor of rollercoasters, I didn't find it terribly appealing.

And, actually, most of this post has hardly anything to do with the topic at hand. But since I'm much more of a rambler than a ranker, this will have to do. I would, however, rate Mission:Space fairly low on thrills, unless you find a queer naseous feeling exciting.
