I'm still debating on whether or not to participate in this. As fun as it sounds, I never really sent a package through the mail before, so I probably don't know how to pack the DVD.
Oh well, I don't have to join, but MMP said that if I didn't participate, he would never talk to me again.
Well, after hearing so much good stuff about this through some of my friends here...and not ever having seen ANYTHING like this as many years as I have been on the Net, I sent in my email
I've moved the sign-up deadline up to November 11. In less than a day, we've already got almost as many participants as we had last year. While I can handle a bit more, there's no reason that a week and a half shouldn't be enough time to decide if you want to join in or not. That will give everyone a few more days to come up with wish lists and decide on a good present for the person they are assigned.

I'm in. I really wanted to participate in the previous two, but I didn't have any money at those times. Now that I've finally gotten a job, third time seems to be the charm in terms of Secret Santa events. This should be fun, though I hope my Secret Santa doesn't try to send me anthrax or something.
sounds like great fun, count me in. ( and I just got my bonus! )
off to email.............
Jules: You know the shows on TV?
Vincent: I don't watch TV.
Jules: Yeah, but, you are aware that there's an invention called television, and on this invention they show shows, right?
Luke, I have a problem. My parents would never allow it, but I have a credit card of my own so I don't see the need to ask for permission. The issue is how to send a card.... Am I not allowed to attach one to the shippment? That would be my only option. There's no chance my parents will aprove something like this.

Uh you can't go to Walmart and buy a card and send it? I'm not sure what you mean by attaching it to the shipment. I'm assuming you want to order something online and have then ship it to your person. But I don't think they also send cards. Hmm.

If you want, you can send a packaged gift from Amazon in the UK and US to the receiver. Amazon will wrap the item, add a note (written for by you, I presume) and you'll be able to send the gift perfectly with no trips to the post office involved!
I still haven't sent an email just because I'm trying to budget and everything. I spent way too much money and I want to have enough money for family first.
