I'm sure I'll get criticized for saying this, but I despised Stadium Arcadium by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. All of their other albums are nothing but pure musical genius, but SA was a complete abomination. I would bathe in a pool of acid before listening to that crap again.

I was also somewhat disappointed with A Crow Left of the Murder by Incubus. It had some decent tracks, but overall it was just mediocre. Definitely not their best.

I am probably the biggest Kylie Minogue fan I know, but I was very disappointed with her Body Language album. Most of the songs were just blah. boring R&B with nothing to dance to. Any Kylie album without at least a few dance tracks is just wrong.

I thought the Bob Dylan album Self Portrait (1970) was very boring and lifeless. Not that I was really disappointed, because to be disappointed, you would have to had great expectations, and I didn't, because I already knew its reputation. Dylan said he had wanted to make an album that his fans couldn't possibly like, so they would stop buying his records. He thought his reputation was working against him and he didn't feel free to try new things. The results is indeed a very weak double-album, with very few original compositions and mostly covers of boring and dragging country songs or traditionals.
