Oooh the original right? Of all the Spyro games that one is still my favorite and I love replaying it. I just got 100% again of that game not too long ago.PixarFan2006 wrote:I started replaying Spyro the Dragon on my PS3.
Anyways, right now I'm at the end of Final Fantasy X again. But this time I'm trying to get every detail. Got all the aeons, now I'm working on getting all of the characters Legendary weapons. I love Final Fantasy X. Probably going to beat FFX-2 Again, since I never got the 100% myself...(now that was a game well worth my 50 bucks...FFX only cost me 20 since I got it as a greatest hits, but nontheless a major game worth every penny.)
I'm also a major Tomb Raider fan, So I've been replaying the original adventures. I can't wait for Tomb Raider: Underworld!!!
It's been a while since I've actually played a brand new game. I recently bought the Resident Evil 3 pack and Crash Bandicoot 3 pack. So I'm going to get into those soon.
Also my best friend bought me the PS1 game Medievil II. I loved the first one, and me and my best friend are planning on beating the sequal when he comes over or I go over his house.

OMG! Question: how did you collect all the treasure from Haunted Towers? Since day 1, I still to this day have yet to get a 100% on the original Spyro.jeremy88 wrote:Oooh the original right? Any help would be appreciated. And my life would literally be one step closer to completeness.
oh yeah, that level...haha I remember getting so frustrated not being able figure out how to get all the treasure from that one(that level also had me stuck from getting the 100%) I went online and looked for the secret. Basically you just use the super charge and not use the ramp but keep going off of the platform with the ramp and up through the doors that lead up to the super charge and jump off of that area to another platform on the side of the towers that have bouncing mushrooms...it's kind of hard to explain so:Timon/Pumbaa fan wrote:

Watch this youtube guide for that level. The part that directs you how to get the last dragon and treasure starts at 3:30.

I just bought Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions today. I just bought a PSP today but I haven'e been able to play the game that came with it because I can't get the UMD disc out of the holder! I'll just wait until I see one of my pals that have a PSP.

You are talking about taking the UMD (including the clear plastic "D" shaped cover that says UMD) out of the large rectangular game case, right??Mushu2083 wrote:I just bought Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions today. I would hope you weren't trying to remove the actual disc from the "D" shaped cover, because that whole thing is the UMD!

Don't worry, the game is still intact. I was told that you don't take the little disc out of the UMD holder otherwise I would have broken a brand new game! I have everything figured out and I must say that FF Tactics: War of the Lions is a good game. Kept me busy for the whole 5 hour car ride to San Diego for Comic Con.

Currently replaying Kingdom Hearts II. I haven't played it since I beat it back in 2006, since I didn't like it as much as the original. This time I'm doing it on expert mode, and actually going get all the mini games and extras. It's still a good game, but I just think the first is better.

I'm actually hoping to get my hands on Secret Agent Clank. But I'm short of funds (most of my money will be going towards my necessities and for my new doggie Kimchi) and my birthday is at the end of this month. Hopefully either one of my parent or one of my friends will be kind enough to get it for me.

Yay! Time off work! My first time off work this year! (Although I'm back on Friday AND Saturday)
As a result I've managed to catch up on some of the older games in my collection, and I've been playing Bioshock quite a lot.
I've actually got to the bit where you kill Ryan and the "everything you know about the game is wrong" rug-pulling out from under you twist, and what a twist it is. I know this sounds silly, but I really do feel emotionally violated!
What's great about Bioshock is - like the Silent Hill games - you get out of it what you put into it. So much of the "story" isn't traditional narration or narrative, but its the little details scattered about Rapture; the ghostly flashbacks, the audio diaries, even posters and notice board notes. Rush through the game and you'll miss all of this. Take it more slowly, and you'll pick up on all (most?) of the clues and plot points and the mid-game twist will hit you even harder - like a punch to the stomach.
I was dubious about this being made into a film before, but now I'm 100% behind it, and feel that it could be a film that can - and should - stand head and shoulders above most of the films released today in all quarters; artistically, narratively, action and drama.

I've been going OLD SCHOOL!!!
I have been playing Card Fighters CLASH: SNK vs. Capcom (Capcom version) on my Neo Geo Pocket Color. I didn't have any games for the system at all, so I bought 4 games a few weeks ago. In addition to Card Fighters, I picked up Puzzle Link 2, Dive Alert: Matt's Version, and Bust a Move Pocket.
I have already beaten Puzzle Link 2, and Card Fighters, although I am still trying to get a lot of cards.
Other than that, I found an almost pristine copy of Dragon Warrior VII on the PS1 for $30, so I have been playing that as well. I am about 30 hours in, although I explore more than some people, so I may not be as advanced in the story. If anyone has played it, I just found the casino on the way to the Dharman Temple where you change classes (in the past.) However, thanks to the casino, I now have 20,000 gold!
