Anyways, I've procrastinated enough and decided to scan a few pics of me in my Adventureland costume (the one I probably wore 65% of the time I worked at Magic Kingdom). This is just a small sampling of the loads of pictures I took on my last day of work (which was sooooo sad!)


Okay, that's not me, but it's the big sign on our new ODF garage.


Art gave me my first break of the day on my last day of work, and I was able to get a picture with him before I went on break.


Khai, my evil twin, lol. Don't see the resemblance at all, but ODF'ers always confused the two of us and thought we were brothers. It looked like he was working in Tomorrowland that day.


Cindy, one of our managers. She's like the ODF den mother, and Nikki (who I strangely don't have a picture of) is like the cool cousin we all want to hang out with, and Mike the Manager is like that uncle that we respect because he scares us half the time but he's still pretty cool.


Around 2 or so, Suzanna and a couple trainees came to take over my wagon. Adventure Nut was the last wagon I ever worked at for ODF, and I still miss it.


Funny story with this. I bought French Vanilla Milanos on a Sunday night, and only ate one during my break, then put the rest in the ODF fridge at the garage. Monday and Tuesday I had off, and Wednesday I forgot about them entirely. So Thursday night, just when I'm heading out, I go to get my milanos...and there's nothing left but an empty bag! So I leave a little note on the board under the MT list. MT refers to which freezers we emptied for the night to de-ice, so that they'd know the next morning which freezers to stock before it opens. Anyways, Friday comes, and there's a message for me, and throughout the day I'm leaving messages with this mysterious penpal and no one (seriously, no one) knew who was talking to me. It was weird.


Also, this was probably back in May or so, but on an off day, Jane and I went to Epcot and too some pictures. This is the only one that does me justice, which is why it's the only one I'm posting. And Jane obviously doesn't want me to post her picture.

I envy you Escapy.... I wish I'd be at Disney World (working or not) everday!

Yeah, working at WDW every day was great...then you get to that point where you're working 17 straight days because you signed up for overtime, and realize it wasn't worth it. Then of course, you get to the point where you go home, and it's been a month and a half and you're still missing the place like mad and having dreams that you're working Adventure Nut but wearing the wrong costume.

I'm kinda relieved that I'm nothing like what people thought I'd look like. Especially since some people think I'm a girl based on my name, my former Bree avatar, or the apparently feminist way in which I type. , if you know who I'm talking about.

BTW, DG, if you read this, my bank has been screwing around with my account and I couldn't transfer money for awhile, hence you not getting anything in the mail from me, and I really hate to do it, but I might as well cancel the whole order (Ultimate Treasure Chest, Once Upon A Christmas, Doogie Howser S1, Mad World SE). As much as I'd love to get Ultimate Treasure Chest, I wouldn't want to send you a check at the risk of it bouncing or being intercepted.

I know it's off topic but you can send a money order.

Don't particularly like money orders, I prefer to send personal checks, but since my account is weird, I've delayed sending a check because I didn't want to send him a check that would bounce.

I'm gonna check out my account again next week (October 16-22), and if I can't transfer, then I'll contact DG again about a revised order (possibly just the ultimate treasure chest), and risk sending a check because I know I have enough for at least the UTC.

A money order is safe, just make sure you put his name on it, I see too many people send blank money orders at the dmv and if they get lost anyone can cash them
