Here is a video of Maximus from Disney's, "Rapunzel (Tangled)," from DisneyAnimation on YouTube. True that it is already posted before DisneyAnimation posted this video on YouTube, but just in case.

I don't know if this has been posted yet; I was at the Disney store and the 17 inch Rapunzel dolls sang a portion of 'When will my Life begin'. I took a video of it, there are 2 parts.

Sounds like a great song to me. I think it's good that it's not a dramatic "Out There" ballad...

i totally agree when Mother Gothel says "You want me to be the Bad Guy? ... Fine I'll be the Bad Guy" My stomach jumped :O and then all those quick shots afterwards really made me jump.. Again An animated character has never scared me so much. The only one that did get me a bit was Maleficent but that was no where near my reaction to Gothel - SHE IS GOING TO BE GREAT!!

Yes hope Snow Queen does get greenlit and i really would like to see King of the Elves back in development!!! (i don't care about Joe Jump it sounded crap anyway

)

The melody is catchy but the lyrics are dull, unimaginative, and repetitive. Especially the repetition of the "I'll brush" part could have been easily substituted with new lyrics.

Btw, the voice in the videos doesn't sound like Mandy's. Why would they use someone else to sing the same song for the merchandise?

I cannot wait to hear it (and the whole soundtrack)!!!

In my way to home I was thinking if it will be better a "dramatic" song like "Part of your world" and "Out there", but, now that I heared it more times, I think it's just wonderful that way =)
I know Rapunzel wants get out more than anything, she has been living in her tower all her life, but I think she can't be very sad about something she doesn't know, so the song it's perfect to know her day life.

By the way! When will be the Gothel video on youtube??? I want to keep it!!! =DDD

I actually think it is Mandy's voice, especially during the 'i'll brush' part it's totally mandy, with the high soft voice. Just listen to a song like Only Hope, there she sings the line : At the top of my lungs! the same high soft-voiced way.

Yes, I know but the emphasis could still be retained with less repetition
e.g.
