That's when they give you a paper to fill out your name, address, city, phone number and you sign at the bottom claiming that you got it for the same priced as the other store.
Or you could just buy the DVD or item then do the price match at Customer Service you'll just save some extra change.
Just buy the Sunday newspaper get the ads from Circuit City, Target, K-Mart etc.. and show the ad to the cashier or to Customer Service.how do the pricematches at best buy work?

Little Britain: The Complete Third Series R2 PAL
What would Luke and Renata think as the series sinks lower towards the shock value of crudity? Never the less, there's still some good laughs in here, and some of the new characters are funny (the disgraced MP constantly making statements to the media being the best). One again, the set is overflowing with supplements - the deleted scenes being notable for having some Lou and Andy sketches that are funnier than those picked to be shown in the episodes! ("Yeah I know, stop paraphrasing me!")

Fun at the Funeral Parlour R2 PAL
Both series of the surreal black comedy. It's fun just to spot the guest stars (including Sir Thomas of Baker). Some of the comedy is, as you may expect, a little 'sick', but it also spoofs popular films and tv.

Smallville S5 R1 NTSC
Oh my word, they've changed the packaging! The year of Superman continues.

Scrubs S4 R2 PAL
AAAAAggghhhhh! No commentaries again! Curse you Buena Vista UK! Curse you!

The Hustler (Cinema Reserve) R2 PAL
Yay! It's 2 discs. And its in a tin. It's in a tin. Again, I find myself more drawn to the extensive special features rather then the film (as I am with most Cinema Reserve titles)

The Wicker Man Special Edition R2 PAL
The original mind you. I picked this up, even though I have both cuts already on DVD because it has a new 50 minute Mark Kermode documentary, and it comes with the haunting CD soundtrack as the third disc. "I did beautifully!"

Most Haunted Series 6 Part 2 R2 PAL
Interestingly, Derek's been removed from the cover. Anyhow, another 10 episodes, with 25 minute Most Haunted Extra episodes for each and another all-new documentary. Another 4 Disc set!

The Wild R2 PAL
Ignore the numbering! Enjoy the movie (or not, depending on your taste, which is - of course - subjective)

New Captain Scarlet Series 2 R2 PAL
Much as I adore the reinvention of Doctor Who, another British sci-fi legend was reimagined and reinvented the same year. And that was Captain Scarlet. And, I think, all in all, Captain Scarlet is a much more radical reinvention. Its certainly stunning to watch, and full of action - but clever writing makes the Mysteron's threat and tactics an analogy for today's terrorism.

Brother Bear 1 and 2 Boxset R2 PAL
I love these Disney twin-packs. I also like (but not love) Brother Bear. I'm looking forward to seeing the sequel.

ER S7 R2 PAL
AAAAgggghhh! The UK releases are still on double-sided DVD-18s! At least now the three discs come in plastic slim-packs meaning no over lapping discs (I don't mind over lapping discs as much as most people, but expecting DVD-18s to be stored in such a manner is really taking the Mickey). Only a few deleted scenes and a Gag Reel as supplements.

Lost S2 Extended Experience R1 NTSC
What's with the stupid names? Anyhow, a fine set. But I'm annoyed Buena Vista can do so much for Lost, yet neglect The Tick so much, despite it being one of the most requested DVDs before it's release.

The Flintstones S6 R1 NTSC
Well, I'm actually looking forward to the Great Gazoo episodes. So there. But it must be said this isn't the best season – not even close. I've never understood why Warners insists these are 4 disc sets. Would it hurt too much to make them 5 disc sets and remove the DVD-18s? They've had thicker packaging in the past so the package size can't be stopping them.

Where did you find it so cheap? Or is it combined with a gift card?

It's that cheap at all K-Marts right now. The in-store advertised price is $14.99 but it was advertised elsewhere as $6.99 and that's how it rings up at the register. Don't know how long it will last.
