But seriously though, Jafar singing a darker reprise of Prince Ali is kind of a villain song. Heck I consider The Mob Song a true villain song for Gaston and Mother Knows Best reprise for Mother Gothel to be a more darker villain version of her own song which creepy as all get out.

"The Mob Song" is obviously a villain song for Gaston? I don't get your point there. He sings more of that than "Gaston." And the "Mother Knows Best" reprise is a reprise of her own song lol. It's nice that Jafar got to sing in Aladdin but I wouldn't consider that a full villain song.
But on that note...
It wouldn't surprise me if there was a dark/evil reprise of the song Hans and Anna sing while "falling in love" or something.

O_O.. I actually want to see that!!
Come on. when will the soundtrack info be released? Catching Fire's soundtrack listing was released today and Frozen comes out the week after!! so excited!
But...
The best comment I have seen so far about the trailer:
And here I thought the movie was just about a snowman and a moose

Re: Frozen: Part IV
My reason to why "The Mob Song" is a villain song for Gaston is because he is getting the people's fear and paranoia to kill Beast for no reason whatsoever other than his growing insane jealousy that has been bottled up. To me "Gaston" is a funny "praising myself because I'm awesome" song and it has no threat to it (he was still a crazy jerk up untill Belle revealed the Beast to the townspeople).Lady Cluck wrote:"The Mob Song" is obviously a villain song for Gaston? Man, this defiantly brings me back to those good old days of my childhood where Disney would release ice cream related to their upcoming Disney movie. If I remember there was these cool Tarzan popsicles they made. When its released I hope I can buy some.Sotiris wrote:Source: http://www.broadwayworld.com/los-angele ... d-20130916To celebrate the opening, Ghirardelli Chocolate and Disney will feature a specially created sundae treat for the opening of Walt Disney Animation Studios' new animated movie "Frozen" this November. Re: Frozen: Part IV
We have confirmation there will be a love song. Do you think it'll be between Anna/Hans or Anna/Kristoff?
Source: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/movies/at-t ... movie.htmlQ: This will have some big traditional Disney songs. What can we expect?
Peter del Vecho: We've got a love song which is really funny, and there's such a variety of songs in the movie that there's a great appeal to all of them.

Anna and Hans during those scenes from the concept art, since it's described as funny. It looks like it'll like a tongue in cheek play on the instant Disney romance.

So I watched the trailer and... I actually feel less excited for the movie. It just seems so... Dreamworks. I hope the Disney magic is there, but right now I'm just not feeling it.

Re: Frozen: Part IV
The only thing this movie has in common with Tangled is the disappointed reactions to a trailer that obviously doesn't reflect the movie well
I guess it's better that expectations are lowered, but we know A LOT about Frozen now and it's safe to say there are a TON of elements that would be more appreciated by the type of Disney fan here that weren't showcased in that trailer. We just have to accept that the marketing for animated movies in America is really dumbed down at the moment.

Expectations level is about the same, but that was a truly crap trailer. Like the editors have ADD or something ?! Elsa is about as apparent in the trailer as Rapzunel was, but at least Rapunzel had spoken by now.
Best line for me was Anna in the boat..."You're gorgeous! Wait, what?!"

Wow. This is confusing.Sotiris wrote:We have confirmation there will be a love song. Do you think it'll be between Anna/Hans or Anna/Kristoff?
First, there is a love song sung by trolls, according to the jr novel. But, then we have those beautiful HansxAnna artwork. Butttttttttt, one of the animators have said in June on Twitter, there's a Anna/Kristoff song.
Ugh, if only the soundtrack listing will come out soon, we know the answer.

Re: Frozen: Part IV
There could be more than one love song, one funny and one not.
I never had any doubts that Hans would sing though. I think it was pretty clear there will be a lot of different characters singing just based on who they cast as the voices. It gives me hope after Tangled which just had a small handful of songs that were nice but not really that impressive, and were limited because of the so-so talent of the voice actors (minus Donna Murphy of course). Unless there's some misinformation or things are cut, which is definitely possible, it sounds pretty music-heavy comparitively:
Let It Go (Elsa)
Olaf's song about summer
Kristoff's reindeer song
Something with Hans (Anna/Hans duet?)
Anna/Elsa duet (confirmed by Kristen Bell)
Anna/Kristoff duet?
Troll song?
Ice harvesters?
I'm guessing the troll song is just something small and cute but every little bit adds atmosphere

Re: Frozen: Part IV
I have to say, it annoys me that people get so crazy over the trailers. Especially the teaser. I have seen that teaser several times in theaters, and each time, it get laughs and "I want to see that!" from the audience. The other trailers are always met with no reaction, but the Frozen teaser always captured interest. Disney knows what they are doing. They are getting their target audience into those theater seats. And I have no doubt that this trailer will do the exact same thing. All Disney movies have heart and a story behind those giggles, and people know that. So as long as people see the movie, what does it matter what the trailer looks like?

Re: Frozen: Part IV
Okay so the "singing Elsa" is in fact the medley of Let It Go. So, Anna's medley is a song. What song though? We would know if they give us the song titles already
