You're very welcome, Luke! It's the least I could do considering how often you have to edit and streamline the run-on sentences in my reviews. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I don't know how you can manage to update this website, monitor the forums, write reviews, and edit other ones without suffering a stroke. You've got to tell me your secret. My multitasking skills aren't so hot (as you already know considering how often I turn in late reviews). Either way, you do an insane amount for this place, and the gifts we all pitched in to get still don't quite balance out the debt we owe you, but they at least help. Merry Christmas!

No disrespect to mods, reviewers or any other site contributors, but I, at the very least, realize that this place is in essence a one man show. I know you spend a lot of time doing this for no other reason than the pure enjoyment of the subject matter and providing a place for a group of people like the UDers to netloiter and waste some bandwidth. :p

I don't know how you did it, but this place has more of a family atmosphere than any other board I've ever posted on. It's kind of a feat in itself that we're a message board on the internet that runs an extremely successful Secret Santa racket every year. I think that speaks to the kind of people that post here.
I don't think anyone could have said it better. Luke, it is truly a unique community here and Secret Santa is a testament to that. Although we may fail to mention it from time to time, we all appreciate the hard work you do. (basically everything that Dave Said.)

Merry Christmas and happy holidays, whatever your faith, to Luke and everyone here in the forum community.

I really hope I'm in the financial situation to participate next year. I love doing SS, but between gifts for close family and friends, bills and other expenses there really wasn't much left over for a SS this year.

Glad you guys all had fun, and I really look forward to participating some day.

Sorry about the lack of a who it's from card, but, yes I am the Secret Santa (again!!) for The Little Merman, so you can take the question mark off my name. Ho! Ho! Ho!

Luke, if there is a harder working person running a site, I don't know of one. You keep this place the community that it is by just being there for us when we have 'silly' questions or criticisms. Your availability is what keeps this site up and running and your choice of mods is exceptional and it was a pleasure for me to be part of your gift this year. Thank you for this site, and thank you for being YOU!!!! The patience of a nun just doesn't describe what you have in the least.

And thank you for the card, it was unexpected, and it has a special place hanging on our Christmas tree.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!!!!!!

Thanks so much for the Christmas card, Luke! My hubby got the mail, and he was like, "Who do you know in MN?" and I had an idea of who it was...and I was right! That was so thoughtful of you! I agree with all the praises others gave you and UD- I don't know what I'd do with UD- it brings a lot of happiness to my life, and I'm so glad that you, Luke, and everyone else here make this site so great! :)

I arrived home late last night after 12 hours of driving to find a wonderful gift from my Secret Santa, Dave Wadding! Dave, thanks so much for the Walt Disney Treasures: The Hardy Boys tin. It arrived in great condition, so no worries. I also enjoyed the card. I can now move on to completing the newest Treasures wave without worrying about catching up with the last one. Thanks so much and Merry Christmas!

Luke, I'm glad you got your gifts and enjoyed them. As has been said above, it's the least we all could do. It was very nice of you to send out cards as well. Merry Christmas!

Thank you so much for the card Luke! It has its special place in the Christmas tree now! ;)

Still no gift here... I don't think they deliver the mail over the weekend here so I guess I'll receive it after Christmas!

I don't think so/hope not, I've ordered from that site many times and it's never let me down and it said:
Royal Mail Christmas last posting dates for shipping to:
Friday 07-Dec-07 New Zealand / Australia
Monday 10-Dec-07 USA/Canada/Japan
Monday 10-Dec-07 Eastern Europe
Thursday 13-Dec-07 Western Europe
Thursday 20-Dec-07 UK and Ireland

Important
The above dates are a recommended guide only. If you order an item for Christmas delivery on or before the last posting date shown, we will send it with the intention that it will be delivered to the address specified on or before December 24th 2007. However, we cannot guarantee delivery of items before December 25th 2007 and no responsibility can be taken for Royal Mail deliveries which do not arrive before December 25th.
Your gift was ordered on December 4th and shipped on December 5th

Thanks for the card Luke, wasn't expecting it so it was a nice surprise

Now that everyone has received their gifts, don't forget to go to the Trade forum and give your Secret Santa feedback points!
