Nice find! Everyone has great collections and Reyquila, I love those lithograph sets. I think the Cindy 2 is extremley interesting.
Right now I don't have a pic or a list of my DVDs. I used to have a list, but not it's lost. I'll have to make another one. Soon, I hope.
"Treasures of Disney Animation Art" is a particularly grand volume - not much text, but great reproductions of artwork. "The Art of Walt Disney" should be one of the top picks if you're looking for an overall Disney History. "The Disney Films" (by Leonard Maltin) is a good overview of movie titles.
Well my collection has grown to a point that it takes up slightly more than 2 shelves on the bookshelf that I've been storing them on. I can start on another shelf but then the dvds are starting to get too low and, more importantly, cannot lean against the side of the shelf anymore.
What I would like to know is, what type of shelves do others find to most effective? Also, is it possible to get Disney themed bookends to hold up dvds on a partially populated shelf?
I really like the idea of the type of shelves in the very first post in this thread, as these probably won't require bookends and also space out the dvds nicely. However, I'd be very interested to see how others are displaying their collection.

My previous post got me thinking and I've decided to move my DVDs to a different bookshelf and take some photos (note I'm waiting on a few dvds that I've ordered to arrive as well)
Not at all an ideal dvd presentation, but it's nice to see them all together

unfortunately the R4 edition of the lion king 1 1/2 was distributed as The Lion King 3. Same movie, but they lost the cool marketing opportunity. At least we got that trilogy

wow, mind telling me whats inside the "Disney Animation Art" book?
maybe some scans/pics of some of your favorite pages?
no picture, but yesterday I bought an updated copy of the Art of Disney. it was like 60 bucks at downtown Disney.
I wish i could offer some pictures but those "treasures " are already packed and off to storage for my BIG move soon ;( but glancing through it when i did it was beautiful i think it had sketches and then the finished pic sorry i can be of more help and i could be wrong (i really didn't have much time to sit and drool over the books ) but once i am settled in about 2 months or so and i get my boxes back I will post updated pictures
I can't offer pictures either at this point, but I can tell that "Treasures of Disney Animation Art" is a heavy volume of high-quality animation artwork - most of it from classic-period shorts, but also some features material more or less up until the then-present (published in 1981 or 82).
