Thanks a lot for that link, I think this is the 8-minute-clip from the official site.
Without saying too much, all I have to say about it is: WOW!!!
This movie will be just the best sequel of all!
The characters, especially Cinderella, are all so well drawn and on model.
Looks just wonderfull.
But one question about this 8-minute-clip:
There are several scenes of the movie put together in it, am I right?
I don´t think this is a complete pice like the preview of Bambi II.
If so it would be a little bit hush-hush...
SPOILER:
It´s also cool that you can see the Queen (the mother of Prince Charming) for the first time.
Maybe they also show Ariels mother this way in her "III".
I wonder, if the Prince gets a name in this movie.
This would change so much. Just think of all the dolls with just "Prince Charming" written on the box
I think, he will not get a name.
They will just call him "Majesty", "Prince" or "my son".
But let´s wait and see.
Oh, I can´t wait for this
Have a nice day!

I don't think so! Sally Field is voicing Ariel's mother!

Well, the preview looks pretty impressive! It's obviously a pretty rushed version of the first half of the movie. This is most evident in the scene where (spolier) the stepmother gets the wand, as between shots she along with the stepsisters change positions constantly (/spoiler).
But man, I haven't been this excited for a DTV sequel in a long time!

I cannot believe how beautiful this movie looks! It has successfully supassed all of my expectations. The animation, the music, the script, the voices. All wonderful!! I am so happy right now!
And they were right; it has so much suspense, just like the original!
I love the song Cinderella sang; and Matt, it's Tami Tappan that is singing, as she is the official singing voice of Cinderella, but she does indeed sound very much like Susan Egan. (Look at the Disney Princess voices thread...). From a webpage: Tami is the singing voice of Cinderella in the soon to be released DVD, "Cinderella III" for Disney, and as Cinderella on "The Princess Tea Party Album".
My favourite bit: For some reason I loved it when The Stepmother realised it was Cinderella posing as the maid and whipped off her hat. The suspense, movement of the hair, and Cinderella's determination were fantastic!
I am so looking forward to this! way to go DTV !!

I know what you mean! But if they were avoiding Cinderella II: Dreams Come True, I think they would have made Cinderella III: A Twist In Time simply Cinderella: A Twist In Time. That would have made more sense then just ignoring all that happened in the sequal (which wasnt much). The only continuity was Anastasia and the Baker, which seems to have been dropped.supertalies wrote:but anstasia and the baker???

I personally don't mind as i didnt like Cindy II very much. I love III already!

Okay, I'll oblige.
Whoa. My jaw actually dropped when the Fairy Godmother turned to stone. It was all very DTV - the animation and the song - but they were better than other DTV's. I liked the song, though it's not as close to Cinderella's music as I would've liked.
The story was more compelling and exciting than I thought.
I might buy this one, which is something I've never said about any other Disney DTV sequel before.

Wow!
I am floored with how good this looks. I mean trailers are one thing, but this being actual footage from the movie and it looks so amazing and on scale with the original.
The singing was okay, I honestly think it could do without her suddenly breaking into song, but whatever, it's Disney.
I think I'm even more excited now.
BTW, Aladdin did you get to see the WPs on the Disney site yet or do I need to upload em?
