It's from..... Sharon, Lois & Bram's Elephant Show which aired on Nickelodeon in the 80s.

I just hope that Dumbo SE retains the RKO title card. It was good to see the Dumbo: 60th AE and Alice in Wonderland: ME keep it. I was disappointed to see Bambi and Cinderella lose it.
