I'm assuming that cover for 'The Art of' book is a tentative one because if isn't, it's gotta be the most vague, abstract cover in the history of Disney books.

That cat bodes ill. Reminds me too much of "The Secret Life of Pets".

The poster is not bad, but it's a weird choice to show just part of the cat's face there at the bottom.

It looks more like a character poster than a theatrical poster.

Well, that was my first thought too. But, in my opinion, the fact that they placed the "O" from the title and the soul version of the character where the real character's heart is makes it special enough for a theatrical poster.

It seems nice enough, just not something I'll get attached too. like other Docter's film - Up and Inside Out, they're technically good, but I don't really connect with them.

I liked it. It looks better than Onward. The real-life segments are more interesting to me than the stuff in the Great Before. It obviously follows the same formula as every other Pixar film, but it may turn out to be one of their better efforts.

This looks great but the design of the souls really bother me. They’re too generic and all so similar looking. I get what they were going for, but I cannot get on board with that design.

I am mixed on this trailer. the movie seems good. But i only like the Greatr Before bites ,none of the real life parts and amost everything funny or even mmeorable comes from 22. I have the feeling Tina Fey might be singel-handly making this movie worth WATCHINNG FOR ME  rotfl

Also i think the end suggest Joe and 22 will"co-pilot" one body thoth a later part of the movie maybe one will be like a back seat driver of said body

i am almost certain al we get a scene where both are in the same cody and Joe and 22 fights over control of said body causing supposedly hilarious stuff to happen to that body on the outside

Whlie inside the two wrestle for control

Neither do I, she's an incredibly problematic individual and a faux feminist. I avoid her like the plague.

Well, I am very interested in and excited for this movie, but after seeing the souls in action, their designs are off-putting, similar to what a lot of you guys have said about them. I love the lined designs of those people who teach and count and are in charge of the Great Before, they are super creative and cool! Actually the whole movie looks very creative and cool. It's just hard to get attached to those souls. They aren't as cute as Barley for instance! ;) I know, hard to make souls human enough to adore I guess.

I agree with DisneyFan97 that Tina Fey is the funniest part of this movie! I love the slapping scene!

I liked the trailer much more than the teaser. The film looks quite original and the story more interesting now. There were two big surprises, at least for me. First, that the protagonist was actually going to go to the Great Beyond at first, but somehow escaped and ended up in the "Great Before". And second, that both he and 22 go to the real world at some point. I wonder if it's just for a scene or at the end, or if it's actually a big plot twist and they're going to spend a big part of the movie on Earth.

That didn't occur to me. You could be right, because they're two souls and there's only one "empty" body there. Unless she enters into the cat maybe?

I agree with you, Disney Duster, that the designs for the souls are not as compelling as the other characters' designs.
