The sixth movie Legend of the Never Beast has gone into production. Ruchi Shah is a production assistant at Prana Studios. Currently, she's working as a surfacing artist and production co-ordinator on Legend of the Never Beast.

Q: So what is next for Tinker Bell?

Peggy Holmes: There are several stories in development for Tinker Bell. It’s really exciting and fun and it’s a director driven process. Every director looks at it a different way and thinks what could I tell about her. That keeps it really fresh and exciting.

I hope they release steel book version of these movies !
I just ordered the 2 middle Tinker Bell movies from DMC (they shipped today) & I hope I get the new artwork (& slipcovers too).

Getting the new TB in the 4 disc 3D combo pack (ebayed the 3D disc & digital copy). There is NO way I'd own the 2 disc combo pack since there is no blu ray packaging for it.

Just finished watching, "Secret of the Wings",
and I loved it. It's my favorite out the series so far.
Peri and Tink are the cutest sisters ever! :)

I didn't like the ending, how it just kinda cut to the credits unceremoniously....

It was enjoyable, but I do feel it was the weakest. I do feel I could really grow to enjoy it with more viewing.

I like this. It reminds me of the days of short films. "Here's this character - what do you want to do with it?"

Anyone know why Secret of the Wings isn't available in Disney Movies Online? I usually buy the option with Digital Copy and use DMO (seriously, who has a hard drive big enough for all those movies anyway) and it's not there.

Weird . . . I'm not worried about it because I don't think this is one I'll watch over and over, but I'm a little disturbed if it's the start of a trend where nothing new will available in DMO.

Apologies if this is already addressed elsewhere on the board . . .

I know. It would have been released in fall 2013 but because of the delay of Planes, it got pushed back to spring 2014.

Please confirm when you receive them if DMC sent the movies with the new covers, please!

I too dislike the lack of a blu-ray/dvd combo in a standard case to match the others, and I dislike that it's only available in the dvd-sized case. I bought the blu-ray/dvd combo that is exclusively available at Target because it most closely matches the regular combo pack's size and look (and I didn't want the 3D/digital copy version). The Target exclusive has a storybook built into the packaging. It is not removable, so the packaging is slightly thicker than a standard blu-ray/dvd combo pack, but it looks very nice and fits with the others well enough for me.

I wouldn't be surprised if Disney soon releases the regular blu-ray/dvd combo pack in blu-ray packaging. It's in all the ads even though it doesn't exist. Maybe there's a warehouse full of them somewhere waiting to be released after enough people buy the more expensive 3D version. After all, they did rerelease the original Tinkerbell movie in a combo pack after awhile, and the others are now being rereleased in new packaging.
