When you can find them, they tend to be originals, which are very expensive, and I'm a bit loathe to pay out that much for a poster.
It really is quite breath-taking, I simply adore it.

It was pretty pricey, but I know I've wanted it for like ever. So I said "F" it, money has no value unless spent. :D

disneystarsfan, you have no idea how unbelievably happy it makes me that I'm not the only one who still collects Disney VHS's!!! :D I personally really like your collection. I could never go for those HUGE collections. When would you ever have time to watch 200+ movies? Anyway, thankfully, I only have 4 more VHS's to go until I'm happy with my Disney VHS collection: Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Fox and the Hound, and The Jungle Book. Actually, I could buy SB and SWatSD right now, (they're in the stores for 2.99 and 1.99 respectively!) but I can't get there until this weekend.

May I make a suggestion (to disneystarsfan)? You should buy the Platinum Ed.'s of Lady and the Tramp and The Lion King as soon as you can. (Especially TLK. From now until it's released again, it will just get harder to find!) I understand though if you don't like the films, hence why you don't own them!

Anyway, I hope to see more pictures of collections soon! I really do enjoy looking at other's DVD's!! :)

I must admit, there are somethings in my collection which I probably will never watch again. Having said that, if ever I get really hard up for cash, I usually just flog some discs that I'm not that bothered about - but can always guarantee I'll buy stuff again when a sale comes around. I guess I'm just addicted to DVD. But it really has got to a point where I very rarely look at DVD extras anymore, unless it's something I'm really interested. Disney Platinums are one of the exceptions to the rule, and usually Doctor Who discs, and any of my favourite movies. I devoured the extras on the Superman box set before Christmas.

I do find though that when it comes to rewatching things, it tends to be the same things that get pulled off the shelf again and again. Even amongst the Disney stuff, there are some things I rarely ever watch, and some things I'll stick on several times a year.

I have to say though, I prefer seeing pictures of people's merchandise collection rather than their DVD's. You never know what little gems people might have tucked away somewhere.

Although I've amassed a big collection, I actually only started collecting Disney merchandise around March 2006 (aside from VHS and DVD which I've been collecting for years). I've really got hooked on Disney in a big way from recent trips to Disneyland.

Here is my collection. Disney movies are on the right side. Ive only been collecting dvds for a few years on minimum wage. So overlook the meager collection.

Here is my TLM video collection, too.

I like your Belle lamp.

I'm always envious when I see Belle stuff I don't have.

I forgot I have these!!! I love these lithographs, specially the Cinderella II ones because they are very rare. There are four in each collectible holder. I got those with their respective DVDs when there was a Disney Store in my area, but it closed for inexplicable reasons, since it was one of the top stores in terms of sales. I no longer buy DVD with lithographs because of my inability to wait for them to be sent via mail. I need those DVDs on release Tusday!!! .

Man, I wish garage sales around me carried that kind of stuff. Think you can peruse the Villains book and give us some scans? ;)
