Well, we all know Peter survives. Thats probably how he gets the scar that Hiro from the future mentioned.
Indeed, although you'd think he'd be scar free from now on seeing as he's mastered the power of self-healing. We'll see what happens, I guess.
xxhplinkxx wrote:And I'm still not too sure about Simones death. It was all just so abrupt. That, and we see her in Peters dream, so who knows.
Yeah, I was thinking about that, too. I can't really say I cared much for Simone's character, though. It seemed like her only purpose on the show was to boost up the hatred/rivalry between Isaac and Peter as well as render their characters unstable, and I think she's already accomplished that. I don't see how else she could be beneficial to the story.

I'm so glad they didn't undo Simone's death. I don't think they will, but who knows? Very cool that Linderman was Malcolm McDowell too! I knew it would be someone cool like that!

I know!!! i cant believe we have to wait until April 23rd!! that's crazy! it was just off for 5 or 6 weeks in Dec and Jan. What gives?
Next season NBC should really consider airing the season premiere in Jan 2008, so all 22 episodes can air consecutively uninterrupted. Just like Fox does with "24" and ABC's going to do next season for "Lost"

Hopefully next season they'll run it before or after 24. I hate having to choose Jack Bauer over Hiro now that I've gotten in to this show!

Sorry to be totally gay here, but Milo Ventimiglia has just shot the video clip to Fergie's upcoming fourth single "Big Girls Don't Cry". Here's some piccies for all you Heroes lovers- Image

Yay, he's shirtless and has a pony tail! Ha, sorry, it's pretty irrelevant, but though I should post it here. In more Heroe's themed conversation, I've watched a bit, and it's good, better than Prison Break, and my fave character is Claire. Hayden Paniterre is great, and I'm looking forward to her upcoming album.

Yes, Claire is really cool. Hayden fits the acting very well, too.
It's been said that she, along with costar Masi Oka (Hiro), are the true stars of the show, since they are the only ones to be featured in every episode.

I'm up in the air about her album, though...of all the songs she's released (and there are quite a few), "I Still Believe" is the only one I really like.

Ugh... he's hott.

It's funny cause I was hoping for a Claire-Peter relationship, but I guess that wont happen anymore since he's her uncle!! :P

Bumpety bump!!

Hey all! Okay, with the DVD coming out in about a month & a half (or something close to that) I was wondering where the best place to buy it would be. First, however, I was wondering how good the series is. I've actually never seen it, but all I've heard was great stuff about it. I'm sure there is no need to ask, but does anyone recommend it? It sounds really interesting, and I think I would enjoy it, but I'm not completely sure. If I do become really interested and I intend to buy it, I would really need a place to buy it at a relatively low price; it can't be online, only in store (though most offers are online). Anyway, if anyone could get back to me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Can anyone help me with my "Heroes" question. I'd like to know the cheapest price (though Amazon's $38.99 is the cheapest I've found) and if any stores would have anything cheaper than Amazon's price. Thanks for anyones help.

Well, TSOD, I cant really say I know where it's cheapest cause I have really looked anywhere yet. But you're definitely making the right choice in picking up the first season! It's kinda like X-Men meets Lost.

Well, I've watched the first 3 episodes on NBC.com, and I'm totally hooked! It's really exciting and I'm going to probably watch some more episodes later tonight. So far, I really really want to buy it and I think anyone should buy it. It's wonderful.

Wow those menus look really good, love the first one with Claire and her friends. I've only watched a few episodes of Heroes, but from what I saw it was good. I saw the first episode, the episode where they went forward in time, and Claire had brown hair and the last episode which was cool, I cant wait for the new season and that spin-off too. Might get the DVDs, dont know yet. Thanks for posting those menus and for giving that link there, TSOD. :)

No problem! I'm really excited for the DVD. I preordered it on Amazon today and I should get it within the first two weeks of September. I can't wait to see the Pilot Episode. I can't wait for this release!

I just love these episodes that make you think "ooh, so that's how it happened!" Nearly everything that had us puzzled at the start of the second season was explained, whether it was Peter's loss of memory and powers, D.L.'s death, the idea behind Nathan's monstrous reflection or the reasons why Maya and Alejandro were wanted in their native country (although that last one was a little obvious). I would've liked to have seen more Hiro and Claire, but I guess they earned their day off, haha. Next week's episode looks interesting; I'm anxious to see if Mohinder will indeed be the one to kill Mr. Bennet, as predicted in the paintings.

How are you guys enjoying this new season? It's a shame it has to end on December 3rd due to the writer's strike. :(
