I highly doubt The Pussycat Dolls, Beyonce, or even Hilary Duff* would join in.

* Hilary Duff because she seems to have a problem being represented with the Disney Channel, and she's grown so far apart from them.

Thanks Amy and PPf for posting this news! If this is true...way to go Disney and rereleasing something most people probably all already have. I'm guessing this is real information since it's like the "new" Country Sings Disney CD. That's a bit of a lame money making scheme, but on the bright side, it's good for people who missed on the older individual albums or just want a certain assortment.

ETA: I looked this up on Amazon and they have the same track list as the Wiki and Blog pages:
http://www.amazon.com/Princess-Disneyma ... 86&sr=1-12
Is it possible to put fake stuff up on Amazon?

With DisneyMania Remix Mania, at least they sort of offered something new by remixing the tracks. The same with the Non-Stop party soundtrack CDs they have for HSM and Hannah Montana. They're the same thing, but at least a little different. I like the party soundtracks because they're good to work out to, lol.

Speaking of Hannah Montana, I'm surprised they didn't use Miley Cyrus's "Part of Your World" instead of Sierra Boggess's. Well at least, the CD is getting the much better "cover." Also, what the heck, Amy Adams "Happy Working Song" is the original!

Given the rehash of everything, I guess this means Volume 2 will be made up of all new stuff or just the Disneymania Princess tracks they didn't use yet and tracks from other random Disney CDs repeating the songs from the first volume of Princess Disneymania...

Oh look, here's the possible track list for the rest of the series!

Someday My Prince Will Come - Anastacia
Under the Sea - The A-Teens
Colors of the Wind - Ashanti/Christy Carlson Romano
Part of Your World - Miley Cyrus/Jessica Simpson/Skye Sweetnam/Faith Hill/Olivia Newton John
Beauty and the Beast - Jump5
Kiss the Girl - No Secrets/Vitamin C/Ashley Tisdale
Once Upon Another Dream - No Secrets
A Whole New World - Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson
I Won't Say (I'm in Love) - The Cheetah Girls
If I Never New You - The Cheetah Girls
Reflection - Keke Palmer
My Strongest Suit - Kaycee Stroh
A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes - Nikki Blonsky/Linda Rondstadt
If You Can Dream - Various Princesses

A little obscure, but could be possible since the other list has Sierra Boggess:
To Be Free (Aladdin - A Musical Spectacular)
Home - Susan Egan
A Change in Me - Ashley Brown (Disney's On the Record)
Waiting For This Moment - Jenn Gambatese
For the First Time - Jenn Gambatese and Josh Strickland
The World Above - Sierra Boggess
Beyond My Wildest Dreams - Sierra Boggess

First off, I love your new signature, Kram. I think I'm going to make a "summer one", too. :P

Did you make that track listing up? Or did you get it from somewhere? I think that is highly unlikely, as the A-Teens are done, and nobody will know who the other artists are.

Thanks! I actually made my sig a few years ago for the summer and then I found it in my photo bucket account recently to upload my a screencap of my desktop. I totally forgot about what was in that account and I found a lot of old avatars and banners that got lost from my hard drive, but saved on photobucket! Hooray!

Lol, sorry, I was being sarcastic with the track list. I was making fun of the fact that the wikipedia/blog/amazon track list was made up of old Disneymania/random CD songs.

Though as I said earlier, given the recent trend with their compilation albums, this track list seems pretty legit and the second volume can be very easily predicted.

This only loosely belongs in this thread, but I figured that it's safer to put this in this thread than speculate in another thread.

Alyson Stoner is shooting a music video for a remake of a song for a Disney movie being released soon, but she won't say which song or which movie or anything.

Since Emily Osment is doing a song for Sleeping Beauty, it's probably not for that movie. Since Alyson said she is remaking a song, it could be for Bolt- she could be remaking an oldie or something. Or it could be for the Pinocchio Platinum Edition DVD. Or it could be for Beverly Hills Chihuahua, since that comes out next month.

I am just speculating, of course.

While several websites have reported the upcoming Princess DisneyMania release would include acts Kaycee Stroh, Beyonce, Katharine McPhee, Hilary Duff, Aly & AJ, Taylor Swift, and Carrie Underwood we’ve managed to wait until we could confirm it. Here’s the actual track listing and stars who will appear on it.

1. Once Upon A Dream - Emily Osment
2. That’s How You Know - Demi Lovato
3. Some Day My Prince Will Come - Ashley Tisdale
4. Colors Of The Wind - Vanessa Hudgens
5. Reflection - Christina Aguilera
6. So This Is Love - The Cheetah Girls
7. Kiss The Girl - Colbie Caillat
8. It’s Not Just Make Believe - Kari Kimmel
9. Under The Sea - Raven-Symoné
10. Ever Ever After - Jordan Pruitt
11. True To Your Heart - Keke Palmer
12. Happy Working Song - Amy Adams
13. Part Of Your World - Sierra Boggess
14. A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes - Disney Channel Stars

I excited to hear Emily Osment's "Once Upon a Dream"...I wish that Ashley Tisdale's "Kiss the Girl" was on the CD...I kind of wish that Raven's "True to Your Heart" was on the CD, but I know that her "Under the Sea" is on it- I like Keke, but I think that Raven's version is somewhat better.

I'm just going to download Emily's song, though, since I have pretty much all I want from here (except I don't have the TLM Broadway CD yet).

Even though this isn't a Disneymania album, I figured that I'd put it in this thread...if there's a better thread for it, someone please let me know!

"Alvin and the Chipmunks" isn't Disney.... :(

That should go in the Off-Topic forum, methinks...

:)

Speaking of Disneymania-type albums, though...

A $6.99 Target exclusive Christmas CD:

The latest Target Exclusive! "All Wrapped Up" is available now. Here’s the tracklist!

1.Joyful Kings - Jonas Brothers
2. Santa Claus Is Coming To Town - Miley Cyrus
3. Christmas Won’t Be The Same Without You - Plain White T’s
4. Celebrate Love - Jordan Pruitt
5. Greatest Time Of Year - Aly & AJ
6. Bring Me Love - Marié Digby
7. Wonderful Christmas Time - Demi Lovato

(via tommy2.net)

I don't like how a) there are only 7 songs, although I think that that is how Target's Christmas exclusives always are, and b) songs 4 & 5 have already been released on Disney Christmas albums. I don't really care about Plain White T's or Marié Digby, but I do want the JB, Miley, & Demi songs...

4 & 5 are actually different versions of the songs. Track 4 is a Radio Edit, and Track 5 seems like a live version and it's only 2:18 minutes oddly lol. JB song, is just BLAH, you are not missing out on that. ;)

I say it is worth picking up the CD. It's only $6.99 and you are getting 7 songs for a dollar and one for 99 cents plus tax lol. ;)

Not yet, but I've heard the song online.

This is me you're talking with...about the Jonas Brothers. Obviously I like the song!

Its a bit shameless to label Bolt a "BOX OFFICE HIT" (notice the caps), when it hasn't even come out yet.
