Awesome are they going to make sure they have the actoresses for Merida be authentic red heads because that would be cool.Sotiris wrote:Merida is Coming to Disney Parks

I don't know what's going on!Tristy wrote:Yeah. I wanna see all of them together. And why move Rapunzel to Adventureland?
Oh. I get it. Disney's still denying that Tangled is really a fairy tale and emphasizing the adventure aspect of it right?
They are marketing it as a fairy tale. And at the Tangled meet and greet it was very traditional to a fairy tale setting. Merida should be at Adventureland. From the trailers and promo art, she does seem the most adventurous of the two. And BRAVE isn't even based on a Fairytale. And it's a bit contradictory to put her in the fairytale gardens
I'm starting to dislike Merida even more

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them. - Walt Disney
Even if they found someone with THE most perfect hair, that happened to look literally exactly like Merida's... they would still have them wear a wig. None of the female characters show their real hair.jazzflower92 wrote:Awesome are they going to make sure they have the actoresses for Merida be authentic red heads because that would be cool.Sotiris wrote:Merida is Coming to Disney Parks

They'd still bennifit from getting a real red head, with their pale skin and freckles and all. It would look more natural, despite the rule that has them wear wigs.
Though I can't see a Meridda costume looking very true to the character. She'll probably be way prettier for one, won't have those big cheeks. Unless they go for a mask, but that would just look creepy.

Seriously, this is a non-issue. They likely picked the Fairytale Gardens spot because of how it allows for an elaborate set up as well as the three bears. Likely the same reason why Rapunzel was moved to Adventureland. Personally I care more that I still get to meet Rapunzel than where she is located. Besides, isn't Ariel located at Adventureland too?

Disney, shut up take my money because I am so seeing this movie when it comes out in theateres.Even better I can't wait for it to come out on DVD.I can say this will be a step up from Cars 2 and all I can say is the fact this is very much not like How To Train Your Dragon or Mulan because from what I am getting this is a different type of story that is being used here.I am thinking that this isn't just another girl defying tradition movie but I think it will be that this will be a combination of a girl and her mother coming to see eye to eye and an adventure story of epic proportions.
