The trailer is very nice altought it's reminds me of the video game teaser.
About Narnia-it's reminds of Aslan's camp in the first,and i kinda prefer Narnia with snow but this Narnia looks good,too (the island reminds me of Pirates Of The Caribbean).

i also prefer narnia with all the snow; one of the first things that pop into your head when you hear "Narnia" is snow, but i got used to it because snow isn't present for the rest of the series.

It's actually debuting with The Golden Compass. I'm still baffled as to why this wasn't attached to Enchanted (the non-El Captitan showings, anyway).

its because prince caspian is a little too action packed for little girls which is more than likely the audience which will see enchanted. its not my opinion but i know moms that think that way

Well, I certainly never like going against Disney(especially when the film at question isn't a crappy princess film), but in comparison to Indy 4, Narnia(and every other film in 2008) will be blown out of the water.

Die-hard fans(myself included) have been waiting nearly 2 decades for this film now. A bigger gap between two istallments than probably any franchise(excluding Disney's DTVs of course). People have only waited a little over 2 years for Narnia.

This franchise(and character) are too big to be topped by anything else in the year, like Star Wars. The soon-to-be constant merchandise will remind the general public how much this franchise rocks. If there's any film in the past 11 years that's guaranteed to finally top the drivel known as Titanic, it's this film.

I have to disagree there. I wish Indiana Jones had finished permanently with The Last Crusade. I was just trying to make a point that Prince Caspian will likely be rated PG, and Indiana Jones PG-13. The Narnia movies are aimed at families, Indiana Jones is aimed at fans of the trilogy and older kids (like 12 and up). That's what I meant.

I think you're grossly overestimating the amount IJ 4 will make next year ($600 million? None of the Indy films have made over half that amount). I am absolutely sure it will be a success, although I think it will be on the level of the previous three films in terms of domestic gross. If it is good enough and people like it enough and have a good enough marketing campaign, it could be one of the biggest movies of 2008. I highly doubt it will be number one, though I could be wrong.

I think Warner Brothers and Universal will be the top two studios raking in the dough next year, if anything Paramount and Disney will be on the lower rank.

How dare you say that? it's worng,many people will go see Enchanted.
And yes,i think that the trailer should be with Enchanted,or with National Treasure.

i don't think its a film for little girls; but just think about it, moms with daughters are more than likely to go watch this movie than the moms who have boys. i don't think this way, i think this movie is pure genious and a film i've been waiting for a long time ago, but facing the facts we do live in a stereotypical society, even little kids somehow seem to think that pink is strictly for girls and blue for boys. i don't think this way but i'm pretty sure at leas %90 of the world's population does, and that is why i think most of the people watching this movie in the thater will be girls.

Yeah, but 2008 is going to be echo this year in terms of sequels and summer blockbusters. Even though May 2008 won't be packed with the threequels, it'll have three sure-to-be blockbusters nonetheless (Iron Man, Prince Caspian, Indy 4). And then for the rest of the summer the rest of the sequels will be fairly spaced out.

I disagree!! I think this movie falls into the category of movies that appeals to BOTH boys AND girls.. it has different elements that would attract both sexes and will not have too much sexuality or violence to alienate families from seeing this...

From what I have seen this film does seem darker and more exciting than the first so I think it will appeal to an even broader crowd than the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe... I personally think the trailer looked fantastic and can't wait for it to come out!

i meant that echanted's main audience were girls...
because parents are more likely to take girls to watch it.

There were actually alot of both little boys and girls when I went to see Enchanted and the boys seemed just as into it... I think while the movie seemed targeted at girls it still had elements that little boys enjoyed like the funny squirrel or the bumbling prince...

the voice of the talking mouse was already cast; it is Eddie Izzard playing the role; he was recently Bee Army General in Bee Movie.

another thing that hasn't been discussed is the rumored appearance of Tilda Swinton (Jadis, The White Witch).

my cousin commented that the frozen lady from the trailer looked a lot like the white witch; right about when i was gonna start to say how this would be impossible i remembered that in the book:

*the hag and the warewolf tried to revive the witch*

and Carla from Mexico's Disney Channel's Zapping Zone took a picture in the Prince Caspian set with non other that Tilda Swinton:
