Where do I go to replace the disc?BwayJ wrote:JustOneBite87 said on "Say What? ~ The Missheard Disney Dialogue Thread!" that the audio mistake has been corrected. That poster called the Disc Replacement service and they sent a disc with the correct audio. JustOneBite87 also bought a Blu-ray copy, and that also had the missing lines.

I have not done any of this myself. JustOneBite87 said he/she explained it to the operator and they sent him/her a new disc free of charge. That's the rest of what I know.jpanimation wrote:So when you call them, do they know what you're talking about [with the missing audio] or do you have to explain it to them?

Seriously, did you guys not know that the audio issue had been corrected on the American release? I would have posted about it months and months ago had I known!
Explain the audio issue to whoever you speak with. The woman who I spoke with seemed to know what I was talking about, but I cannot be sure. They WILL ask that you send your old disc in just FYI as proof. Otherwise you will definitely be charged the regular fee of replacing a damaged disc.

Pinocchio: Platinum Edition
Only in the special home theater mix, right? Not the original soundtrack?akhenaten wrote:ive known about it since i first bought it but i didn;'t think it would be possible for me to do anything since im an international buyer..but i msgd the website nonetheless in case i might get lucky. if its even possible i hope they could correct the slight misalignment of audio in sleeping beauty.a few music cues r missing and one is off by a milisecond.
Is that the same for Pinocchio? The lines are only missing in the special home theater mix, not the original soundtrack?

On my copy of Pinocchio, the missing diologue is also missing from the "Original Theatrical" mono mix as well. And it's missing from the subtitle track.Disney Duster wrote:Is that the same for Pinocchio? The lines are only missing in the special home theater mix, not the original soundtrack?

Wait, so there is a couple pieces of missing dialogue? Damn, maybe I should give WDHE a call. I just hope they're actually doing the exchange, as it looks like they gave jsz1002 trouble.
