All gone. Only took a little over 3 hours with their servers crashing every 2 seconds. I got 1 mystery dvd & it took 2 hours and 5 minutes. Nothing for the other accounts.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

Tomorrow's reward (only 1 available). 100 points for a colonoscopy from Mickey. :D Less painful than 3 hours trying to get a bargain basement "mystery" dvd.

I can finally get my 5 pts (3 hrs and 41 minutes later) but cannot redeem the dvd because they are all out. Not fair at all especially since I was trying (along with everyone else on here) at noon (EST - 9 pst) to get it. Other times, I understand but this time I do not, especially since it was their server that couldn't handle everyone. This 12 days of christmas has been frustrating.

Thanks to those who keep posting the link to the items. My homepage never updates right away.

I missed out on the DVD offer today (I did not have enough points anyways to do it), but maybe it was for the best. I would've ended up with some collection of a lousy Disney Channel show (or DCOM movie), which is ten times worse than getting a CD of a disney channel show.

Turns out I didn't get one. I shouldn't be upset but I am really ticked off about this.

Around 3:30PM, I redeemed the mystery DVD after loads of refreshes, swearing, and rushing to click through the process to beat the downtime. My day mostly sucked so it felt good taking my frustration out on the DMR site for having downtime when there's still mystery DVDs in stock. :frog:

Damn. Got weird downtime issues just as I was about to order it an missed out on it. Even with the useless Disney Channel Titles in there, would have been interesting if MOvie Club exclusives were in the grabbag

Well, Disney acknowledged that their site has been slow.

Man, the points I used for that mystery CD just keep going down. If they give us another 15 points, the thing'll have been free! :)

I'm curious as to what the other rewards could be if they last all day. Hoping for another Double Points offer.

EDIT: cityguy, you ninja'ed me! :P

Got a shipping notice today for the Ratatouille character set. Also, got a shipping notice (in a different account) for the CARS Illuminated sign. Just redeemed it yesterday. WOW. I wonder what it's worth. It's been 8,000 points for a while but a couple years ago was 10,000. WDCC sculptures in that range (Mulan & Toy Story w/Record Player Base) retail for $250+. That's gotta be one nice sign and worth some $$$. SO happy to get it for only 1,500 points. :D

Sorry, Pasta67! :D

I'm all for another Double Points Day too, and it's true that would be one of the few things they could offer that would be guaranteed to last the "entire day". Personally I'd prefer a WDCC sculpture or other expensive prize reduced in price, but even if it's way more than most DMR members can afford, I doubt they could guarantee its availability for 24 hours if it was a tangible prize.

I'm hoping for a reduced price for a lot of the DMR items like they have done in the past. They could hold their promise of 24 hour availability by the whole DMR store being reduced for a day. I really want the WDCC Pinocchio statue for under 1700 points :p.

Tried and tried for a dvd today but no luck. I did get in on the Cars sign yesterday and a notice today that it shipped. that was the fastest that anything has ever shipped from them.

I'll hold out for a prostate exam from Ariel. :D

Double points days don't do much for me, because I don't save my codes in the hopes of one coming along, so I usually don't have any to put in when they do.

Man, I can't wait to hear about some of the CD and DVD titles we receive from the mystery grabs. I know they will probably be pretty disappointing (Getting a Baby Mozart DVD or some other preschool title would probably be the absolute worst, ha, but even that I can make a gift of).

Yeah, a reduced price for DMR items, maybe just everything at once, would be cool. Then again, I have only 400 and some point right now, so even that might not allow me to get anything, ha.

Thanks for that. At least I'll be almost reimbursed for the CD if it's something awful.

Disney Movie Rewards
For those of you playing along at home (or work), here's a clue for today's 12 Days of Cheer surprise.

(We'll reveal what it is at 9am PST, but there will be no limited quantity, and it will be available all day!)

The two-piece one with the Blue Fairy and Pinocchio? I'm actually all set to get it, thanks to the Double Points Day putting me over the top, but was waiting to see if there was anything preferable over the remaining 12 Days. I sure wouldn't mind saving half my points for something else! ;)

Actually I liked the Gepetto one they had years ago better, back when they had lots of WDCCs in the 3K range. Unfortunately I wasn't earning points as quickly back then, and the one I did get, it was only because they had an anniversary sale.
