Which Song Is The Best? - Round 31: THE EMPEROR'S NEW GROOVE

Post by DisneyChris »

Welcome to "Which Song Is The Best? - Round 31"! Here you can vote for your favourite song of the current Disney animated classic in the round, and if you like, you can rank them simultaneously too. Voting period lasts for 2 days. For this round, we have...

The Emperor's New Groove

*Because some Disney animated classics have only one or no songs, and I want to ignore the WWII "package" features, the following films will be left out from the game: Saludos Amigos, The Three Caballeros, Make Mine Music, Fun and Fancy Free, Melody Time, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad, The Black Cauldron, The Rescuers Down Under, Atlantis: The Lost Empire.[/b]

Tom Jones or Sting? Advantage: Sting. (Even if it is an overly dramatic end credits ballad, "My Funny Friend and Me" is a good song.
"Fifteen years from now, when people are talking about 3-D, they will talk about the business before 'Monsters vs. Aliens' and the business after 'Monsters vs. Aliens.' It's the line in the sand." - Greg Foster, IMAX chairman and president

Woah, I totally missed this when it was first posted!

1. My Funny Friend and Me
2. Perfect World

I don't think either song is particularly memorable. "Funny Friend" doesn't even really fit in with the style/tone of the movie.
