I usually don't go for the most popular character because it ends up being overused (like Genie). But in this case I have to go with Sebastian because there's no competion.

King Triton altough the coolest Disney king it's so strict that ends up being annoying.

Flotsam and Jetsam had potential but they didn't have enough screen time.

Flounder is so cute that's too much to take. Also boring. An example of a cute character that is perfect? Boo (Monsters Inc)

Prince Eric lacks something. Don't know what it is. Of course he's one of the better princes and has a nice personality but I think he misses some kind of spark to be fully memorable.

And Scuttle is just there.

I like Flounder the best because he's the everyman (everyfish?) of the picture. I can readily identify with him, and he's got awesome coloration. He's not a guppy!
