Need Davy Crockett with or without tin
Does anyone have a copy of Disney Treasures Davy Crockett? I would prefer the one without tin to save money.

Why don't you just wait for the new Davy Crockett Release. That is coming on September 7th.

Re: Davy Crockett
Isn't that just the movies (which were combined from episodes), not the series episodes itself?Disney Guru wrote:Why don't you just wait for the new Davy Crockett Release. That is coming on September 7th.

Same?
Yeah, I was wondering about that. From what I read, it uses the episodes, but edits them together. I'm afraid that there will be some deletions. Have any idea how the movies will compare to the TV shows? And will the upcoming release have all the bonus features?

Jules: You know the shows on TV?
Vincent: I don't watch TV.
Jules: Yeah, but, you are aware that there's an invention called television, and on this invention they show shows, right?

With a $19.99 SRP and apparently just a single-disc release, I doubt it will have all the features from the Treasure. It will just have the two 90-minute movies, which for that price is nice. Not yet sure what else is going to be on it, but we should know soon, and we should get a review copy in late August.cletus510 wrote:Yeah, I was wondering about that.
