Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2014
Anyone been to one. We might be going to it in September. We've been to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. How is it different? Do we have to dress up or can we come in not dressing up?

Re: Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2014
Many people, especially if you're into the Villains, actually prefer the Halloween to the Christmas Party. I love them both but I would say the Halloween parade is better than the Christmas parade, imo. Costumes are optional but some of the guests' costumes are FANTASTIC. So creative and detailed. This is just my personal thing but I would feel out of place trick or treating wearing just street clothes (kinda like when kids come to your door at home sans any attempt at a costume) but everyone gets a trick or treat bag and can participate, costume or not. We will be there for both parties this year but at this point, we plan to skip them as we've done them both several times. as recently as last year.

Are we talking Magic Kingdom or Disneyland? I'll probably go to the Disneyland one this year, if I'm not working that night. Does anyone know if California Adventure is open while Mickey's Not So Scary party is going on at Disneyland?

I doubt it. Fall doesn't really exist for Florida until just before it turns winter. If you're used to a colder location, this will still be a hot place for you.

Thanks. I live on the BC coast and we get a lot of rain in the winter and it rarely gets cold.Avaitor wrote:I doubt it. Fall doesn't really exist for Florida until just before it turns winter. If you're used to a colder location, this will still be a hot place for you.
