Have they changed the artwork??? It was near perfect.

Keep her in the peasant dress or make the dress blue. Not the pink dress again.

Statistics probably indicate the pink dress sells better. :milkbuds:

This looks awful in so many ways. It's not just that they changed her dress, they badly redrew her shoulders and arms. Not to mention they removed the background details and changed the title font.

Just take a look at this comparison.

Hahahahahaha oh my GOSH!

I'm genuinely surprised it took them this long to clock one of their beloved Princesses was a a media release in something other than a 'princess dress'.

Disappointed, but I'm at least glad they've kept the set up as before.

God, this is awful... why didn't they keep the previous design???

And her dress is wrong! Look and the shoulder-line!!! Now now it's see-through??? And why is there a dark section in her skirt??? Ugh....

The cover still looks better than most of their recent covers. It only looks awful in comparison to what could've been.

Tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if there were better mock-up covers for all their films before they crap-ify them so they appeal to the average consumer (ie: no complex backgrounds that turn off parents just looking for an entertaining distraction for their child, simplistic lettering, hi-brite colors, dresses for the little girl appeal, etc. etc.). I like how Aurora's "hair" is her cleavage now.

I like it, though I'd prefer if they'd make Aurora's dress blue, instead of pink.

Guys, do you not realize there is something far worse than putting her in her princess dress or the pink version...they used the new makeover version of the dress! You can tell by what they did to the collar (it's not just see-through now, they drew a whole new one with this parts of it folded over and under other parts thing) and how there are now dark sections in her skirt. The only part that's not from the makeover is they kept her hair the same. But still, the makeovers should not be interfering in the covers for the actual films!

I like it too, but I wish they kept her Briar Rose dress. The new background looks better!

Oh dear....they have and all

Maybe it's a really good bra

I can understand changing the font, as it is the same one used for the platinum. I don't get the other changes.
I love the concept of the cover but the aesthetics were much more pleasing on the before art work.

Good old Disney. We get a cover that the majority of us here agree we love and Disney poops on us. Blinding work boys. :brick:

This is the first time that I won't upgrade to the new release. I already own the Blu-ray and I have no interest in the new HD digital crap. To be honest, I'd be more excited if they announced that The Black Cauldron or even Fun and Fancy Free were coming to Blu-ray instead of an upgrade of Sleeping Beauty that is actually not an upgrade but a downgrade.
