Thats not the same figure. While it does use the same sculpt it's missing features like the lights on his wings, the rubberized articulated waist, separated fingers, the interactive mode. The screws are also showing where as the Toy Story Collection version keeps them hidden.
The Toy Story Collection toys can still be found here in the states, they come and go. You can also search for Toy Story Signature collection, they changed the name.

I'll try to buy the Tesco version then. I'm gonna have to jump through multiple hoops but it is the only normal-priced option.
