Okay My mailbox had my gift from my Secret Cindy Lou Who...I recieved the greeting card featuring Lightning Mcqueen and that card was from Josh/aka as we know him as PixarFan2006. I recieved Star Wars The Force Unleashed II book - which I prefer that over the game just since the game is so expensive and since reading some Rick Riordan Books and Kingdom Keepers (i I still need to finish that book and get onto book 3.) and I also recieved Tangled Soundtrack CD :D :D :santa:

Thank you PixarFan2006 and I hope you have a great Christmas. Thank you. :santa:

Note that I may not be able to get a picture up on here of these wonderful items....but i'll try in a couple days...

Glad you enjoyed your gifts. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (sorry if that sounds a little cliche to say).

:D :D :D Oh my goodness SO excited right now.. and I haven't even opened my gifts yet! I just got a knock on the door and had a delivered package, and I KNEW it was from my Secret Santa.. I had a huge smile on my face, seeing the Mickey and Pluto gift box. It came at a perfect time, see I'm not having the greatest day, I've come down with a pretty bad cold, not feeling all that well. So it really cheered me up just seeing I had a present to open!

Now, I haven't got my tree yet, so I figured the least I can do is turn on some Christmas music while I open my gifts, I open the card first..

My secret santa was AwallaceUNC The card is awesome, Charlie Brown Christmas, and as I'm reading the card, I kid you not, "Christmas Time is Here" comes on the radio. Mind you, Charlie Brown's Christmas is my all-time favorite special in the first place :)

Hehe, well I was just so thrilled I had to post right away.. now, on to the presents!!!!!!!!! I feel like a little kid right now, lol. But had to post right now anyway, its so exciting. I willl update later, and with pics.

-UPDATE-

First of all, Aaron, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!! :pink: I LOVE all of my gifts! I'm so spoiled

How exciting to receive a package like that!!

Now, here's a shot of all the wonderful gifts I received:
Image

I got the following: All 3 tote bags from my wishlist  Beauty and the Beast, Minnie, and Rapunzel! They're awesome, and they'll come in handy, and I'll look so cool carrying them, hehe!

A Disney Princess mini calendar, super cute and has some great graphics on it! Plus, I was just thinking to myself yesterday that I should get a smaller calendar for my room, so that really worked out, lol.

Amy Grant Christmas CD- That was a great surprise! Aaron, I love Amy Grant, I used to listen to her all the time growing up, surprisingly enough I don't have her Christmas CD in my collection, so that is a welcome addition for sure!!

Toy Story Vinylmation character - CUTE! I got Ham :) I've always thought the vinylmation characters were so cool, and now I've got one!

Beauty and the Beast journal from my wishlist, So pretty! I love it!! The pages have Belle on them and its shimmery and oh so cute.

Again, Thank you so much and MERRY CHRISTMAS! :santa:

Yay! I'm so glad the package came today! I wanted it to get there as soon as possible so you'd actually have time to enjoy the Christmas album before the big day.

I wasn't sure if you'd be familiar with Vinylmation or not but you mentioned you'd like something from the parks, and since that's all the rage in the parks now, I thought it would be cool. I have a meager Vinylmation collection myself. I have only one from the Toy Story series and it just happens to be Hamm too! Mine doesn't have that cool hat, though. Did you add that yourself?

I hope the totes aren't too wrinkled from shipping. Rapunzel and Minnie were already a little wrinkled to begin with but they were the last ones that The Disney Store had in stock.

Anyways, I'm glad you liked your present. The Amy Grant CD is a personal favorite -- it brings together the best from her many Christmas albums and also adds four new songs. Hope you enjoy that and the other gifts too! Merry Christmas to you as well! :santa:

Thanks again, Aaron. No, my Hamm came with the hat.. I love it, he looks super cute in it haha. And the totes weren't wrinkled a bit. Also, yes, I'm looking forward to listening to the CD and having it playing during my family Christmas party :)

Dear Cindy Lou Who,

I have had some unforseen money complications and will not be able to order the other parts of your gift until Amazon ships part one of your gift (which still hasn't happened even though I ordered it November 30th). Once that happens, I will be able to order the other parts and they should arrive (hopefully) before Christmas. Sorry if this is an unconvenience because it definitely is for me.

Sincerely,
Your Secret Santa

Deeply sorry for not including my forum name, ordering this was kind of tricky so I wanted to be specific as possible. If I had a tad more money I would have included wrapping and my forum name.

But anyways, VERY happy that you got the present just fine! I was so worried about it, but everything worked out in the end! :D

So I went to check the mail today, and I happened to check the front porch (mostly out of habit). And there was a box. Now, it s=didn't look like an Amazon box. And I haven't ordered anything for me from Amazon anyways. So I assumed that it was from my Secret Santa, and thus, it was a present. And traditionally with presents, you shake them. So I shook this one and I heard something rattling in there against a tin can. So I brought it inside and cut the tape on the box. Inside were 3 wrapped gifts and a beautiful card from my Secret Santa, Laura (aka totallyminnie86)!

So without further ado, here's what was in the box:

Yes, those are totally the macadamia nuts I love but have continually struggled to find, a Buzz Lightyear PEZ dispenser and a coffee mug that goes up to 11. Awesome.

I received my gifts yesterday! Julian Carter wrote I can't be an animator without this book and got me: The Animator's Survival Kit. Then, he also added a wonderful CD called Charles Camilleri which includes wonderful orchestral music by the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra! Thank you so much Julian! Thank you for getting the best of both worlds for me: my passion in drawing and orchestrated music.

On another note, I can't wait for my person to get my gift!

Very happy you got your gifts and are satisfied with them! I was giving The Animator's Survival Kit a peek in my school library and it really looks like a lovely book. I hope it comes to your aid when you most need it. :)

And give Charles Camilleri a spin when you're feeling excited and musically stimulated. My favourite tracks on the CD are the Malta Suite and the Watch Maker from Gozo section of Four Legends.

A Merry Christmas to you! And everyone else on Earth, too!

Yay! I'm glad you liked your gifts! Enjoy your nuts,I ordered them direct from Hawaii, actually! As a fellow music lover myself, I wanted to get you something music related, but unique, and I came across that mug and thought it was really cool!

Well, I just had a webcam conversation with teh family, and it appears as though something has magically arrived from across the USA, which narrows who my Secret Sandy Claws is, albeit by only a bit. :p I am now truly guessing which forum member I got more than I ever have since signing up around a month ago. I don't know what's in it (it looked like a reasonably standard cardboard envelope), but from what I saw (the price tag, the fact that it's flat), I'm guessing that it's a card component of the gift, and a relatively large one at that (unless I've got it wrong and part or all of my present is a small poster, magazine or perhaps even lacy collar :p). I'll be back on Friday evening, anyway, so I'll open it then and see exactly what it is and who it's from. Whoever the sender is appears to have very neat handwriting, though! :)

I've been enjoying reading the receipt posts (and seeing the presents photographed! -- great idea, Want2beBelle!). Having just come from the post office, I realize we are thick in the middle of the Christmas mail blitz. Hopefully, the asterisks in Dave's posts begin to disappear soon. Has everyone at least sent out their gifts by now? Only nine days of mail left before Christmas Day!
