Here's an article on the plot of the film. And according to this article Michael Bay is in talks to be the director - which virtually ruins my entire hope for this project. Though I must say - Michael Bay, or not - it sounds interesting to say the least.
This will also be one of the first Dreamworks films to be distributed by Disney's Touchstone division - right after Paramount's deal with them ends this year.
