Do you know when planning Disney offer Pinocchio special Edition, I don`t unsderstand why I can see this in region 4.

Hi I am very excited about this forum, normally in my country (Venezuela) its difficult to know information about Disney dvd , I hate the dvd region 4 because normally this dvd are in full screen , single edition (1 disk), not contained DTS sound and any book inside. I really think about Is the client of Central and South American less important then American clients?
Anyway, I hope that disney increase or changing this mentality about soundtrack and subtitle in spanish.
