Lionsgate has the rights now, so its up to them. Nothing has been announced beyond that though. Its still unknown if they'll start back at the beginning or where buena vista left off.

I too am dying to get more seasons released.

Lionsgate started with Season 2 for "8 Simple Rules", so if they follow suit, they'll start with Season 4 for "BMW." Have to imagine they'd get to it by the end of this year.

I didn't know that Disney sold those shows. Actually, come to think of it, their lack of ABC Family airings does leave a clue.

Yeah, its acutally not airing on any channel, both ABC family and the Disney Channel. I really miss this show, and hate that I cant watch it on tv or dvd. the only way watch is to find eps online to download/stream.

Wonder if they'll use that long time season 4 cover art. Probably not seeing as this is a whole separate company releasing it.

Anyway, great to hear about season 4. its about time.

Thanks for posting that. It was awesome. He looks like such a little man next to Conan and even Andy.

And speaking of "Happy Days"-"Boy Meets World" connections, let us not forget the Season 3 BMW episode set in the '50s in which Tom Bosley, Anson Williams, and Pat Morita guest starred.

While I wish a studio more caring of TV shows was releasing this, I'm excited that the remainder of this great show will finally be coming to DVD, even the kind of lame final two seasons.

I'm excited for this information about season 4. I already own the 1st 3 seasons so if LionsGate doesn't release them I'll be ok. One can only hope for releases of Step By Step, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, & Clueless. With the information about season 1 of Family Matters coming this June, maybe WB will release Step By Step & Mr. Cooper soon! I would love to have all the TGIF shows on DVD!!

You probably meant: "the great sixth season and the abysmal seventh season", right?

Guess it is time to put the first 3 seasons on Amazon in case they go back into print.

I dont see how there were Any bad seasons. I think it progressively got better, all the way up to the finale. Which was the best finale of any sitcom I can think of.

The seventh season was so bad, because they took the over-the-top attitude of season 6 one step too far. Basically, they turned the show into a joke. They changed all the characters, especially Jack and Eric. Eric wasn't even believable as a character anymore, when he had been in season 6. They turned him into a cartoon character, which was a big mistake, imo. The season recovered around the last quarter and indeed had the best finale as far as I know.

I guess I was just too busy laughing to care. I was completely fine with both the funny and the serious.

Ive actually heard the opposite site of this complaint too. That the later seasons were too soap opera ish.

I see all these complaints and disagree with almost all of them. sure, the tone changed a lot, but they always managed to be entertaining to me.

Well, I can't laugh at a formerly realistic character turned into a mumbling idiot savant all of a sudden. Just not my cup of tea. Especially that time when Eric found his 'lucky penny'; I hated that. He was acting like a 3 year old, yet he was almost graduating college? And he said to Shawn: "Oh look, look! It's trailer-boy! Trailer-boy has all the answers! You know what, trailer-boy? Wam! Lucky penny!"

Just my opinion. But I'd rather watch the first 6 seasons and then skip to very-late season 7 episodes like 'The war', 'Seven the hard way', 'Brotherly shove', 'When time goes by' and the finale.

Season 6: Eric and Tommy:

LOVE this! :)
