Making my new avatar has made me very irritable. I was trying to resize it and whatever, and I was having issues. I had this exact one, but then I was fiddling with it, but I couldn't figure out what to do, so I just stuck with this one. It's 100x18, and although ideally I'd have it 100x100, I just don't think that it's possible...if it is, whatever, I've spent enough time on this!
My new signature has the title cards from my favorite Disney movies, and so I wanted to make a collage with the main characters from these films. I don't know how to do that, so it's more like a small signature than anything.

Thanks for all the comments on my Alice avatar. If you've got deja vu it must be cuz I posted the original somewhere in the forum a while back.
I'm currently going with one a friend of mine drew of me and Jack Sparrow a while back. I colored it and eventually made an avatar out of it . . . oh, and the text was also written by my friend, not me . . .

Lovin' the new avvie, enigmawing.
*begin pompous speech*
Since pap64 inspired me to restart the Portrait Series of avatars I decided to be innovative.
Whereas the first avatar of the new wave (pap64's) was made old-school by drawing directly into the computer (though using Paint.NET rather than MS Paint), and followed the old format of the member's name on top and the words "Portrait Series" at the bottom ... my newest avatar officially sends the Portrait Series in a new direction. I am now drawing on paper and modifying using Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended (which I'll have for another 20 days before the trial period expires, lol
). Moreover the format and avatar size have changed!
*awaits backlash from purists who still want MS Paint crafted avatars*
Well ... the newest avatar show our very own Amy!

Hand-drawn on paper is so much better than CG, Julian! I am honored, and I love it! Thank you!
I fixed up my recent avatar. I added new (larger) pictures. My problem before was that the Jack picture I had chosen was a lot smaller than the others, and the Dorothy picture was pretty small, too, so what I did was chose larger pictures and just resized them all to a decent size. I'm happy with my result. I also made a signature that looks just like my avatar, only signature-size, but I'm happy with my current set!
