Is that the book by Ollie Johnston and Frank Thomas with a holopgraphic image of the evil queen on the cover, aka The Disney Villain?
That's the one I have, but I'm just curious to know if there is another.
Yes it's this one!
I don't think there's another one! Well, none that I'm aware of!
I started reading Wicked. I am little less than a quarter into it and for some reason, I just can't get into it. I just don't see yet why it was some huge best seller, but I am still trying.

I felt the same way about it. It was good and everything, but yeah I just didn't get all of it and I never really related to any of the characters.
It is a good book, but I probably won't re-read it.
I read Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk about a month ago and LOVED it. I wanted to read some more of his stuff, so I started Invisible Monsters not too long afterward (recommended by my English teacher who's a huge fan of Palahniuk's work) and thought it was downright disturbing. I read about half and gave up on it.
Now I'm reading Chelsea Handler's Are You There, Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea. It's a riot! I love her obnoxious humor.

Glad I am not the only one. It was such a hugely popular book, I was wondering what was wrong with me, lol

It took me a long time to get into it too, but around the half way point I really started liking it and I couldn't put it down.
Just finished "The Golden Compass" and absolutley loved it (even with all the words I had absolutely no idea how to say ). Can't wait to start "The Subtle Knife" tomorrow night.
I started "The Girls Who Went Away: The Hidden History of Women Who Surrendered Children for Adoption in the Decades Before Roe vs. Wade" by Ann Fessler.
So far, so good.
I started reading A Prayer For Owen Meany last night. Even though I'm only on the couple first pages, I can definitely say that it was not something I would pick up to read for fun. And with its 600 pages, I have a while to really think about how much I like it.
I finished "Notes from a big country" yesterday, but I don't know yet what I'm gonna read now, since I have so manyn books at home that I haven't read yet.
I'm reading a book that is quite popular here with women... it's called Gin tonic & cucumber (in French!). This is such a feel good book! lol It's cheezy but I love it!
I finished reading The Hundred and One Dalmatians yesterday. It was a fast read. It was okay, but there were a couple of differences from the movie that I noticed.

That would hardly be surprising: Disney has always made changes to the original story (but what filmmaker who bases his movie on an original story/novel doesn't?)
For fun try reading the original "Pinocchio". That's quite different from the Disney version. But I don't find it difficult to understand why Walt Disney made the changes.
I just finished the fourth book in the Thursday Next Series ("Somethine Rotten") and it was just as amazing as the others before that.
Since classes will start again soon I'll have to start reading Dracula now for my literature class.
In regards to Wicked; I've read Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister by the same author. It took me a while to get into it, but in the end it was a satisfying read. I still plan to read Mirror, Mirror someday...
I'm currently reading The Story of Forgetting, by Stefan Merrill Block. It's about a boy who's Mum suffers from early-onset Alzheimers. He´s trying to uncover is family´s past, before it´s too late. It´s an interesting story, with a couple of fantastical colourings to it. I´d recommend it... Though I can´t fully recommend anything without reading it through
