I'm so very happy about this!

Jonny Quest is, without a doubt, my favorite cartoon show from my childhood. I really do think it was years ahead of it's time in the fact that it's a cartoon show - what we now call an animated series  - that wasn't afraid to be serious, that DIDN'T talk down to kids or adults and is action packed.

Both the design and style of the show are amazing and still hold up today.

The only thing close to a complaint I have about the show is that it only lasted 26 episodes and that the 2 new versions of the show just simply could not live up to the perfection that is the original.

If you have never seen this show it deserves a rental (at the very least), but I'll be there on release day with my checkbook in hand, and since The Jetsons is released on the very same day maybe I'll take the day off from work to enjoy them both!
Sleepy, Sneezy, Savage Sam, Snow White and the rest
Join the fun, come Be Our Guest!
Just ask Pocahontas, Perdita, and Pooh
It's a Supercalifragilistic hullabaloo!

While I'm not a big Johnny Quest fan, Warner Brothers is quickly becoming my favorite studio for DVDs. First they started their chain of excellent 2-Disc sets for many of their classic films, then they release Looney Tunes, now they are putting out very quickly Flinstones, Scooby-Doo, Jetsons, and Johnny Quest. And all of the releases are packed. Bravo.

And remember, there only was 1 season of the Jetsons... until a revival season in the late 80's or early 90's.
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database
