Which version of the Wicker Man do I get?

I'm talking about the 1973 version. There are like 3 different 2 disc special editions out there...each with a different cut of the film!!! So....which edition is THE edition to get? Thanks for the help.

Though the packaging for the LE is fantastic (the wood box with the burned-in art), this new edition gives you all the bonus features plus more for a very good price.

Glad to see you're getting the old one, it's an excellent film. Unlike the remake, which was horrifying for all the wrong reasons.

If you're restricted to simply the R1 versions, the new two-disc Collector's Edition is the way to go:

I own the "coffin" wood box two-disc edition of this great movie. If you can still find it, I would get that one just for conversation-sake. Otherwise the R1 Special Edition 2-Disc set is a good one to invest in. You definitely want to see the 99-minute version of the film. It adds even more chills to ever horrifying movie. Great choice of film, by the way. Far superior to that Nic Cage trash.
