Blackcauldron85 made an interesting one based on the 1940's package films and few people paid attention. It died before we were halfway done with it. That could be why no one has bothered with another one.
It may have all started with a Mouse, but the Duck is still better.

Haven't had many good reasons for one lately. I'm sure there'll be one for the summer movie season at the end of the summer.
