Diffrent Disney DVD labels

Post by karlsen »

I was just thinking of a good ide for a list that you should have.

A list over all the movies that are availeble in the diffrent categories.

Disney has made lots of categories and they tend to not stick with any of them more then a week or so.

It would be cool with a website that contained all the diffrent categories that Disney had since I try to complete some of mine.

Almost, but it does not contain all the movies that has been made in the diffrent categories.

There are also missing categories when it comes to the live action movies.

The DVD+ Worldwide Product Search / Shop, whatever you want to call it...does have a lot of different categories you can browse, like Tommy Kirk movies, Kurt Russell, 70s movies, Directed by Robert Stevenson, Based on a True Story, etc., etc. Makes for interesting browsing, even if it is admittedly not infallible...yet.

That was not what I asked for.

I wanted a list of the diffrent categories that Dinsey themself has made:

The Kurt Russell Collection:
- The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes
- The Barefoot Executive
- The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit
- The Strongest Man in the World

The Hayley Mills Collecction:
- That Darn Cat!
- The Moon-Spinners
- Summer Magic

Limited Edition:
- Little Mermaid
- Mulan
- Lady and the Tramp
- Pinocchio
- Peter Pan
- The Jungle Book

I hope you get my point here.

I did not forgett, I just did not list all that I could remember.

I thought that should be the point of the website that I asked for.

Disney probably won't even complete the Platinum Edition Series, you'll see, maybe Aladdin will be released as Masterpiece Edition, you never know, what we do know is that Disney can't indeed stick to a project for more than one or two years...
