Very cool Mickey's from Japan!

Maybe its a first look at the merchandise for 'Chicken little'? 
Hmm.. it looks a bit like an old version of the Sunkist-creatures (see http://www.sunkist.com/kids/ ).
EDIT: found it. It's a mascot for the Florida Citrus Growers when they sponsored the Tropical Serenade at Walt Disney World. It was (obviously) designed by Disney. See http://www.toymuseum.com/inside/c11/3265079a.html for some more details.
