Everybody Loves Raymond. Ya know, I never watch this show while it was originally airing, but now that they play repeats a lot, I catch myself watching it more and more, it's really funny!!

I watched quite a bit of television, last night.

First up, the latest episodes of Desperate Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. Both great shows, and both were great episodes, last night!

I also watched the BBC show, Keeping Up Appearances, which was showing on PBS. It was the episode, "A Strange Man". I've watched Keeping Up Appearances from time to time, when I find nothing else on, and it is quite a funny show.

The Real World: Seattle Casting Special - amazing. I'm so glad I had this on tape, and even more glad I watched it. It was hilarious, touching, revealing, intimate. Even better than the entire 23-or whatever episode season itself.

Is Seattle the new season? Or is it an old tape?

And I watched the Grey's Anatomy season one episode where Meredith is forced to carry around a piece of rather important male anatomy. :P :D

Seattle is an old season, season seven to be exact and it was my favorite season.

3 episodes of Fat Actress - Big Butts (horrible episode), Holy Lesbo Batman (great episode), Charlie's Angels (decent episode - Brian Callen shows his actual naked butt, confirmed in the audio commentary, in the last 5 minutes and that alone was worth half the price of the DVD set)

Last night watched repeat of American Idol - Season Five, if was the first show with the top 24. Now I know why Taylor Hicks won the whole thing, even though I was voting for Chris Daughtry most of the season.

Also watched Dancing With the Stars: The Results Show and was not surprised that they didn't elminate anyone because of Sara Evans dropping out of the competition.

Then watched the fourth episode of Lost. Looks like this season is going to be a barn-burner. They are being very deliberate with what clues they are giving out. This is probably one of the better shows on television right now.

If you count the recap of the first two seasons they started with, this is the fourth episode. There were a lot of insights shown in that recap that weren't shown in the series in the first two seasons, so I count it as Episode one. Last night's episode was "Further Instructions" and was very good.

I've just finished watching South Park: 1010- Miss Teacher Bangs a boy  It was a great episode, not as good as the previous 2 episodes, but a hilarious ending!

Warning: Spoilers
I also watched the final two episodes of Greys Anatomy Season 2 again, except this time I watched it with my sister, who is a Greys Anatomy Freak, and it was the first time she had seen 226 and 227. I couldn't believe how much she cried when Denny died. I don't like seeing my sister cry :( Great episodes though.

Man to Man with Dean Learner
Oh dear. What a terrible come down. Even though Garth Marenghi was the subject of the interview, this wasn't a patch on Darkplace.

Stupid, lame, inane laughter constantly broke the "illusion" of the programme, and make it a total write off. Why do people insist on laughter tracks? Especially on something as subtle as this?

Very disappointed.

Torchwood!

Well, the BBC/Russell T Davies has only done it again, kept another HUGE spoiler secret. Well done. That... and the news Jack can't die after being ressurected in The Parting of the Ways.

I'm not so sure about the second episode (But loved the line "Or are you still feeling a bit of a cock?" - Now that's writing) but I loved the first. Next week's looks good.

I'm pleased the series is set with both feet in the Doctor Who universe. References to The Unquiet Dead, Boom Town, The Parting of the Ways, The Christmas Invasion and Doomsday abound. As well as other more superficial references - did you spot the Cyberguns in the Torchwood HQ?

The decapitated hand is obviously the Doctor's from The Christmas Invasion. My guess is Jack wants it so bad because it will react in some way when the Doctor is near.

Russell has said in the past that the Doctor will not be happy when he finds out Jack has cheated death, and that they'll be concequences for Rose's actions. I guess that thread will be picked up in the 2007 series of Doctor Who.

Battlestar Galactica - Season 3, Episode 1. Truth be told, I only viewed it so I could catch Lucy Lawless in action once again (she really should get more air time! So underutilized). The show itself wasn't half bad! Deep underlying tones, and some failrly interesting dynamics. I'm gonna keep watching until Lucy's part is done with, but who knows, maybe at some point I'll become hooked. Doubt it, but you never know. For a trial episode - 8.5/10

Last night, I watched three straight hours of TV. :D

Gilmore Girls- loving it. As much as I was rooting for Luke/Lorelai, Chris/Lorelai seems to be working.

Veronica Mars- Just got into it this season, and it's great! It's funny, tense, and suspensful.

Law & Order: SVU- Last night's episode was a rerun from last season. I was disappointed...

DANCING WITH THE STARS :: RESULTS SHOW -- I am so glad that Jerry left ... He was adorable lol ... but I didn't want anyone else leaving before he did ...

LOST -- Good! Good! Good!

CELEBRITY PARANORMAL PROJECT -- I like shows like these. I guess I'm kinda dorky. But I remember MTV had one where it was teens going into haunted places and seeing if they are really haunted or not. This version is kinda fun ... cuz it's D ... or C list celebs going into haunted places. Shows like these kinda creep me out cuz I do believe in the possibility of those sort of things really happening.
