Which of the 1940's films is your favorite?

Post by DDMAN26 »

1940 was a busy time for the studio and a lot of memorable and underated films came out in that decade. So which was your favorite?

Fantasia
Dumbo
Bambi
Victory Through Airpower
The Reluctant Dragon
Saludos Amigos
The Three Cabelleros
Make Mine Music
Song of the South
Melody Time
So Dear To My Heart
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad

As for myself I'd say Fantasia.

Obviously there were some greart, great films in the 40s.
But for me it's a no-brainer: Fantasia

Pinocchio for me as well, but Dumbo is a VERY close second.
The adventures of Ichabod and Mr Toad is my favourite out of the package features.

I guess if I'm forced, Pinocchio.

This is a hard choice, but I think I would pick "Pinocchio" as my favorite. Then, Fantasia, The Three Caballeros and The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad.
