introduction

Post by Brink! »

Hi all

I just wanted to introduce myself
since i'm planning on coming back often here

my name is marc and i am from holand (where i have worked in a record/dvd shop for the past 4 years, and have no plans of stopping)
I'm a huge music/movie buff
and disney is right up there among my favorites

My favorite disney movie is The emperor's new groove,
but i was collecting disney long before it ever came out (think i started collecting disney around "91)

Now i'm working on my disney dvd collection (but only the vault, special editions and other worth wile releases)
I'll hold off with the bare bones for a while
(i do have most of em on vhs)
and have now about 20 disney titles on dvd (including 4 disney treasures titles and the 2 released platinum editions

B.t.w. i'm also a big Erik Von Detten fan, and my nickname is the title from his disney tv movie Brink! (to bad it is only out on video)

Oke enough about me :D

Gonna browse the rest of the board now

gr. brink!

Hey brink,

Glad you're planning on sticking around! :)

I think Erik Von Detten did a great job as the voice of Sid in Toy Story. 8) Did you like his show "Odd Man Out" on TGIF?

yes i do like (ahum actualy the word i like to use is LOVE) odd man out

to bad Erik hasn't broken trough in feature films jet. Most people over here have never even heard of him. The first movie i saw of him (also disney lol) was princess diaries.
I actualy haven't watched toy story for a while last time was way before i was aware of erik I'll go back and watch it soon i think

and i am taping episodes of so weird (once again disney ) now
wich i found out last week was airing on a belgium channel ( i dropped the remote control from shock when i was zapping and saw him juming in a swiming pool) every week day !!
any idea were i can find an episode or season listing for so weird ?

It's been down a lot lately, but TV Tome is still a great resource for episode guides. Here's a link to their So Weird sub-site which should be working at some point.

My cable system is going to be carrying the Disney Channel again the end of this month, so I'm really looking forward to being able to catch reruns of Boy Meets World and Even Stevens again! :D
