WDW Survivor: Magic Kingdom - The Finals!(Splash Wins!)

Post by Raydawggie »

Welcome to the final round of WDW Survivor: Magic Kingdom!

This is a contest where all 34 attractions in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom battle to determine the favorite ride or show of Ultimate Disney voters! After a winner is crowned, we will move on to Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Universal Orlando, and Islands of Adventure Survivors until we have a winner from all parks. The four winners, along with Disneyland's Pirates of the Caribbean(the winner of a previous game) will then go head-to-head in a six round Survivor to determine the greatest Disney attraction of all time!

Everyone is welcome! You do not need to have voted in previous rounds.

Rules are simple. The 1 attraction with the most votes will leave and not make it through to the next round, there are 2 days for voting with every round.
This round, We are voting for the attraction we WANT TO WIN!!

We each have 1 vote! You vote for 1 attraction!

Please make your votes in bold if making a long post which mentions more than one film to avoid confusion.

To play, you must have at least 25 posts(including polls and games) or have joined 30 days before the first time you vote.

Voting ends Friday at 3 PM EST. Votes will be counted until I officially close the round(except in the case of a tie).

Here's the field of 2 attractions! Happy voting!

Previously Eliminated:

Round 1: Fantasyland Play Area, Main Street Vehicles
Round 2: Frontierland Shooting Arcade, Tomorrowland Indy Speedway
Round 3: The Hall of Presidents, Cinderella's Golden Carousel

The Haunted Mansion

A true masterpiece of Disney imagineering. Considered by many to be the greatest haunted house attraction in the world, it is probably Disney's most detailed attraction ever, with thousands of little details that make each repeat ride a slightly new experience. It may not have the physical thrills of some of Disney's other rides, but when you think about the stretching room, the ghostly bride, the graveyard, and your car's very special stowaways, there's no doubt that after all these years, it's still Disney at its very best. Splash Mountain is an incredibly detailed, fun flume ride, but it's just outclassed against WDW's ultimate masterpiece.

Both of these are very worthy contenders, but I think Splash Mountain is my favorite of the two. While most amusement parks' log flume rides will take you up and drop you down in under a minute, Disney gives you a full-blown show to go with it. It's once of the most beautiful and best-themed rides Disney has ever done.

Splash Mountain, but to be fair, it was a tough decision to make. :)

Ray's going to kill me, but Splash Mountain.

It's the attraction I wanted to win since round 1. Haunted Mansion is also a great classic and wouldn't mind if it won, but Splash Mountain is so amazing, and brought a new meaning to "log-rides", like what Tower of Terror did for drop rides.

It's thrilling, wonderfully-themed, has a fun story, and it's wet. It's what Disney is all about. :)

Ooooh, Epcot Survivor... I can't wait!

CONGRATULATIONS TO SPLASH MOUNTAIN! :-D

Not sure if it's my favorite (maybe... that's such a hard thing to decide on), but it's definitely a worthy winner. Great picture, Ray!
