All I can say is "WOW", I've never seen a film liked that since "The Adventures of Milo and Otis". That film also won an Academy Award for Best Documentry and Morgan Freeman was best at narration. That film goes into my 2006 DVD wishlist and I'm strongly recommended for buying it. It's worth the time.
Watched Four Brothers with Tyrese Gibson and Mark Wahlberg. Really good story, and the acting is superb. Critics have said it was a modern day version of "Sons of Katie Elder", and I would have to agree. Really good movie, check it out.
The only way to watch movies - Original Aspect Ratio!!!!
I LOVE my Blu-Ray Disc Player!
I watched The Road to El Dorado for about the third time since I've had it (had it for a few weeks). I never bought the dvd when it was first released, and it had been ages since I've seen it. I'd forgotten how good it was and I love it *starts singing "Out of the Blue"*

This is a totally engrossing TV movie made for the BBC, and shows that despite all my cynicism about the declining state of British television, we can pull winners out of the hat when we try to and still produce some of the best and most thought provoking television in the world.
That said, this did get a bit of a harsh critical response from some areas when it aired on TV. But I can't understand why. The plot was clever, showing the faults (and strengths) of the 80's and 90's through the two main characters. Where I think some people had a problem was that neither character was flawless, and our emotional reactions to the characters kept changing throughout the movie.
Paul represented the artistic and consequence free excess of the 80's, while Lizzie represented the harsh financial and business management excess of the 90's.
We started out wanting to hate Paul, but ultimately he was actually a better businessman and even a better human being than the sensible, reliable Lizzie, who we wanted to like, made the most tragic of errors because of her inability to question the decisions of her company's board, even when she knew they were wrong.
The script was dizzying with its superb dialogue, the acting throughout was flawless (Damian Lewis is Paul Reynolds, nobody could have played him better and Jodhi May was a revelation in her first 'proper' grown-up role) and the soundtrack was haunting and beautiful.
10/10
I'm looking forward to viewing the thematic semi-sequel Gideon's Daughter this weekend (which features a character from Friends and Crocodiles).
I watched Date Movie last night with my buddy and it was freaking sick as hell. It gave me a good laugh though. But because it was also extremely asinine I give it a **/5.
Gone In 60 Seconds(2000): Directors Cut. It just makes me cry every time I see poor Eleanor get killed. She's the only reason why I watch the movie anyways, not because of the actors or the story but for the car.
Rent: My sister rented it tonight and up untill last week (when I saw a number or two with an other bunch of people) I thought I would hate it but it was very good. That was untill The Tango Maureen. That song alone makes it fantasic. 8/10
