What do you guys think has been the worst collection yet? I think the worst one was the Limited Collection, no previews, no bonus features only trailers...

Gold, definitly. Personally, I think it's more disappointing to have a movie with nothing but a bunch of stupid kiddie games as extras -- which is, largely what the Gold Collection contained -- than no extras at all, which is why I picked Gold over the Limited Issues. It's worse because with the games and things on there I know that Disney spent money on the extras but wouldn't spend money on things of substance. With no extras at all, like the Limited Issues, I can at least take solace that they didn't put anything on there so the lack of behind-the-scenes material is somewhat less offensive than if they loaded it with a bunch of games and no making-of stuff.
And even though the Platinum lineup isn't being marketed as a series, and is unfortunately decreasing in quality, even its least quality release, namely The Lion King, is still head and shoulders above a lot of so-called "special editions" other studios are doing.

Limited was the worst, yet i have all the resleases. Sigh, i couldn't wait for better editions to come out. Heck i was a teenager when they came out. I HAD to have them.. LOL... Now, i'm more careful with my budgeting... Or at least i think i am

In my opinion, The "Limited Issue" was a waste of "First time ever on DVD" since those DVDs were horrible... And in Luke's lable thingie I thought he should put "Limited Issue" before "Gold Collection" since it was the worst...

Well, Disney movies are rated "G" (except the Black Cauldron and some others) so I think that the games should be suitable for children and easy enough for them. You can't spect adult stuff in a children's video, can you now?Jake Lipson wrote:Gold, definitly.
