Does Saludos Amigos exist on any region unedited?

No is the simple answer, at least on DVD.

If you want to track down the rare and LONG out of print Japanese laserdisc, or laserdisc from other Asian countries that released Saludos Amigos uncut, that is the only option.

Otherwise fingers crossed for an uncut DVD rerelease.

Does anyone know exactly how much of the scene is censored? Is it only one shot or does the censoring occur throughout the whole segment like in Melody Time's segment on Pecos Bill?

Also, I believe that the US Archive Series Laserdisc is uncensored (or at least I think so). One of the deluxe sets had both Saludos Amigos and The Three Cabelleros on the same set, along with many bonus features.

no it is not missing much, it has had about 4 seconds cut. However the animation after the cut part has been looped and run twice so that it runs the same length as that part has narration speaking over it.
