Or should I just forget The Emperor's New Groove, Old Yeller and The Parent Trap and buy The Great Mouse Detective 2 when I go to Planet Mobius next year?

Questions regarding rereleases
With all the lame re-releases coming up (aka glorified versions of past discs), would it be a good idea to get the old versions of The Emperor's New Groove, Old Yeller and The Parent Trap? I know a number of sites that sell the old collector's edition of New Groove, which will be superior to the new special edition (based on the fact sheet), so I think that buying the CE may be a good idea. However, about Old Yeller and The Parent Trap, the scenario seems a bit more difficult. I am not interested about the sequels featured on these movie collections, yet am interested in getting the Vault Disney editions of Swiss Family Robinson and Pollyanna sometime soon. I'm not overly tidy, but would like a bit of orderliness in my Disney collection, so I am pondering if the Vault Disney sets would be a better idea.

Hi
Yes I highly suggest buying the Vault Disney Editions.
But Even though I am going to keep my Vault Disney Edition of Parent Trap I will still be buying the rerelease for the sequel Parent Trap II. Which I happen to love, almost as much as the origional.
