Oh, as for Behind the Scenes, I picked up a copy at a local Best Buy last week for $29.99. It was the only Tin they had in stock (three copies left). So you might be able to find that one without going the eBay route.

I got mine recently from DVDEmpire (where it is now 'on order'), and Amazon seems to have had them back in stock for a little while....but might be gone again. Keep your eyes out there, as it comes back periodically.

I just bought Davy Crockett from Videouniverse.com (aka CDuniverse.com). It hasn't shipped yet (they ship on Tuesdays), but BTS, Davy Crockett and Disneyland are all available from them for $25.79 (mind you, Luke doesn't have an affiliate link there).

Anyways point? You certainly have options other than eBay.

Also try Amazon marketplace sellers...

All right! They finally came in! Had to sign for them, so it was a good thing I was home at the time. What a fantastic set of discs! Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphonies were worth price of admission alone, Davy Crockett and Disnelyland U.S.A. are icing on the cake. Haven't had a chance to watch everything yet, having just got them today, but man was this a good investment. But, I do need some help with two things.

1) My Mickey Mouse case was damaged. Not the tin, but the amaray case inside won't close properly and the hooks that hold the lithograph and catalog in place have both fallen off. Can I call Disney and have them replace it? I know they replace discs, but do they replace cases?

2) This is really just for Luke. Luke, over the past few days I've had a lot of trouble getting to the forum. I keep getting a 404 error when I click it. Are you having some kind of technical difficulties or is it my browser? I use Netscape, just so you know.

Anyway, that's all. Now I just have to buy a copy of Goofy and Behind-the-Scenes and I'll have them all. Can't wait!

There's been little-to-no technical difficulties over the past few days, so it must be your ISP/browser that's causing problems. Since my host switched servers sometime late last week I think, there hasn't been any problem I've noticed except some sluggishness.

Glad to hear you received and enjoyed your tins. Not sure if DMC will replace your case, but if not, a black Double Alpha is the case you're looking for. They're cheap online, but the sellers usually get you in shipping. Hopefully, they'll be able to replace it. Can't hurt to give them a call.

Luckily, Disney will replace a broken case, although I have to switch the cardboard out, but whatever. Haven't had much of a chance to watch them, since I left to visit my sister in Miami the day after I got them, but I have to say the favorite so far is Silly Symphonies. I just love the animation and the music in these. A lot more than I thought I would to be perfectly honest. The Disneyland one is great mostly for nostalgia's sake, and a lot of the Mickey cartoons are just fantastic. Haven't had a chance to watch Davy Crockett yet, so that's tonight's project. And just thanks again to everyone for your help. I appreciate it.
