I've got my DVDs on the first shelf in alphabetically order except for sequels. The next shelf I have my VHS and then on the third shelf I have movies that I taped.

Alphabetical order... even though my family thinks I'm stupid. The sequels go behind the originals. :D

My dvds are arranged like this:

First - Disney dvds in alphabetical order.

Second - Natalie Wood's dvds in alphabetical order.

Third - Dawson's Creek dvds

Forth - Everything else arranged in alphabetical order.
(Sequels always go behind the original movie)
(All other tv shows besides Dawson's Creek are mixed in, I am
thinking about making another category of tv shows)

This is kind of a strange arrangement but I know where everything is.

I've merged the new thread with the old thread and would also like to point out there's an specific Treasure order thread that may be of interest and also my very own (outdated) colorful treasure swatches display order post :P

All the slip-cover less UK DVDs go in a row together, followed by slip-cover less Region 1 DVDs. In a completely different row, I keep my special packaging Disney (non Pixar) DVDs such as Aladdin and Mary Poppins alphabeticly in a row. After that, I put The Incredibles and Finding Nemo with their fancy slips after the special packaging Disney (non Pixar) DVDs! :D

I'm surprised of how many of you organize your Disney DVD's in alphabetical order, why not in the order they were released in starting from Snow White and etc? It's fine, though. I put my DVD's in the order they were released, you know, the classic number after another. It looks nice and it's always so fun to put new classics between the other ones. :D
Disney DVD's 2005: Bambi PE, Alice in Wonderland SE, Tarzan SE, Cinderella PE - much much more!

i dont think there is any point in having them in any order because when you watch them you have to remamber were you put them mine are just next to each other with the one i watched last at the end
