Ok, before I ask your opinion on something, here's the backstory:
Last year, at San Diego Comic-Con, Richard Taylor of Weta workshope found some lost photos of mine, but couldn't recall my name, taking them back to NZ with him. This year, I saw him again, and I gave him my adress. I just recieved them from his assistent today.
Here is my return letter. Give me any suggestions you might have:
Dear [Mr. Taylor’s Assistant],
I just received the photos you sent me. Thank you so very much, I never would have thought I’d see them again! Please pass my great thanks to Mr. Taylor for being so nice and trying to get these to me.
I’ve also enclosed $5. Hopefully, this will pay for any shipping costs.
As long as I am writing, I may as well ask a question. Please know that I in no way want to be a bother, and I know this is a long shot, but I’ve enclosed a Lord of the Rings postcard inside a self-addressed envelope - if it would be convenient for Mr. Taylor to have this autographed by Mr. Peter Jackson, I was wondering if that could be done for me. Again, I don’t want to be a bother, and I’d understand if it wasn’t possible, but someone stole my previous autograph and I’m a huge LOTR fan, so I had to ask.
Once again, thank you for the kindness in getting these pictures back to me. It is very much appreciated.

BTW, Richard Taylor is the head of the Special Effects workshop that did all the props, sets, and CGI for the LOTR films. So he and Peter Jackson should still be working together on ROTK by the time he gets my letter.
I almost feel guilty asking for the autograph after his going through all that with my pictures, but . . . Lotr mania is making me request it.
